Unfortunately, the entire hotel feels run down, and rooms are outdated. Room had no hotwater (we ended finding a switch to turn this on, just before we left) We were told there were No beach towels available for beach or pool. Tv in room was small and had no Netflix or streaming due to its age. In fairness, this hotel would have been lovely in its day, and some maintenance and upkeep of gardens would go along way. The price we paid, compared to the other 11 hotels we have stayed in throughout Vietnam was not great value for money.

The staff were friendly, and location on the beach is great.

We had to walk up the busy road to find a shop that sold bottled water.

The location was amazing Our rooms were just at the back of a beautiful clean sandy beach which was almost empty. We had wonderful swims in the sea. The hotel was very quiet which was very relaxing. Large swimming pool with very comfortable loungers.

We grabbed a few drinks at the restaurant in the evenings, and felt that the staff were a bit rude and seemed to resent us. We felt a bit unwelcome and uncomfortable. We did some laundry and when we got the bill found out it was charged per item (we should have checked first). This made it expensive, but these are the kinds of charges to be careful of at resort-type prices. We booked a taxi to the train station via reception, and the taxi driver charged us 10k VND for a 5 minute journey. We disputed because the meter displayed a lower amount, but the rate had been agreed by the receptionist so we ended up paying it. I think the hotel should negotiate better rates with taxi drivers, otherwise you end up feeling like they could be complicit in ripping you off.

Very clean and spacious room. We were upgraded from "Villa with ocean view" to "Villa with beach view", I guess beacuse it was vacant when we arrived (worth asking when you arrive). The breakfast is fine, there are lots of different options. Didn't eat food at the restaurant so can't comment. The pool is big and clean with sunbeds. Our rooms were cleaned every day, which is great if you're going back and forth from the beach and getting the floor sandy. We were 30 seconds from the beach which was lovely. Beach is clean and quiet (in April). Reception staff were helpful and friendly, as were the security staff. Generally a very chilled experience, though there weren't a huge amount of guests when we stayed.

Not a whole lot to do outside of the hotel. Perfect location for quiet days and day tours, with everything being so close. Weather wasn't great but not the hotels fault obviously. Had to wait a while to check in for room despite the resort being pretty empty.

The room was incredible, we were right off the pool. The food was also amazing and i ate there most nights. Lovely restaurants up along the river, a close walk. Cheap laundry service and great showers.

Breakfast was fine, except for the fact that there wasn't enough flatware (I wanted yoghurt but couldn't find a small spoon anywhere), but I could manage. The room was small and unaired. The bathroom smelled bad after I showered and the smell flew out to bed.

Location was good. Breakfast setting was nice. The resort was calm and well arranged.

The scenery around is great as the resort is just in front of the beach. Should choose the villa with greater price, that might guarantee you a more satisfied stay. I booked the cheapest room and it is unacceptable so I have to change to a more pricey ones.

Location. We were lucky that it wasn’t very busy so we had a free upgrade to the beach room. Beach at one side, swimming pool at the other side. Best of both worlds. Location is very good, staff friendly, pool very big. breakfast very nice and complete.

The surrounding neighbourhood was absolutely filthy with rubbish everywhere. Also, the beautiful, sandy stretch of beach was spoiled by masses of litter. So disappointing as the beach property we stayed in was lovely.

- I requested 1 room with 2 beds but they gave us 1 king bed instead. - The white comforter has blood on it. it’s about a quarter size 🤮. We had to request a clean one.

There’s nothing to do around the resort. You have to catch a bus to go to Hue or Da Nang. The breakfast options are rather simple.

The resort is located directly in front of the beach. The rooms are clean and spacious. Service staff was very friendly and helpful.
