Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaNot much to not like about this beautiful boutique hotel. Breakfast had a fairly limited selection, however was enough to get by.
Staff were so thoughtful, polite & attentive. Location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city walking distance to everything. I would highly recommend to anyone. Rooms were spacious & clean. We had interconnected rooms with our teenage kids, which worked perfectly.

Service is incredible all over Vietnam but at the La Siesta it's even better again. Services provided surprised my expectation.The customer service was superb and I was served by a staff named Nha. She was marvelous and I was personally grateful her services as she was so meticulous in retrieving my lost belonging on a taxi. Not just that. She went over the extra mile to make sure I am feeling okay and not panic with a little personal incident of mine. This was one of the best stays I've ever had in any hotel all over the world, couldn't recommend this place enough.

VietnamMy friend stayed their sister hotel in Hanoi and she recommended me to book this hotel in HCMC. Outstanding hotel in the best location: beautiful, modern design, very friendly staff, great and varied breakfast buffet & very clean. The hotel has a very strategic location which is close to the Ben Thanh Market, popular local restaurants, and attractions, simply by foot or Grab. I will definitely come back not only due to amazing roof top pool and rooms which are more beautiful in reality than on pictures but because of the all these kind people working here which is very important me. Overall, the stay at this hotel was an easy 10/10 for me.

I like the lobby staff who attend to me during check-in. Great useful young staffs eager to help, guide, advise you in every little details about city, such as where to go to eat, to see and all. The staffs are helpful and well knowledge of English communication. The room is clean when I return from my business meeting, the restroom which is important to me is clean too and the towel is freshly cleaned. This hotel has been launched for a few days so the amenities are very new. I like to stay here and next time if i going to HCM i will stay here again .

Great location, great for tourist and business travel. This was the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed out. The location is great - close to everything. The main highlight, however, was the staff. They couldn't do enough for us, particularly Dat and his colleagues. They would much sure we were enjoying our trip and would really take the time into making us have the best possible stay. Nice to hear an aussie accent too! The buffet breakfast was UNREAL, the food was amazing, I honestly couldn't believe how good it was.

SpainUnfortunatly at 9am in the morning hotel was drilling holes and hammering busy with construction and woke us up. You would think a 5 star hotel would start later and not make noise and wake clients up.
