Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

DenmarkWe had a room without windows and it was kinda dark and even the lights in the room were not bright enough. Breakfast selection could a bit better quality.
Beautiful and modern hotel! Very clean and big rooms. The location is also perfect for inner Saigon city and the staff if sooo helpful and nice. We really enjoyed staying here! The roof restaurant and pool and bar with views is amazing.

SingaporeWe were in rooms with no windows for 2 nights and it started feeling weird. I'd recommend skipping the rooms with no windows if you are not used to it.
We were 2 families with toddlers and the staff was very helpful in meeting food requests for the kids. The food itself was delicious at the restaurant including the breakfast buffet. The rooms were spacious with decent lighting, clean and the room service was quick. The staff was kind to offer us a free upgrade to rooms with windows.

Everything is amazing at this hotel. The service was exceptional. There is a lovely vibe from the amazing staff and the excellent amenities. The beds were so super comfortable, the best we experienced across all our travels. The staff even held our luggage after check out as we had a late flight. They welcomed us back in the afternoon with the offer of a shower to clean up before our flight. The showers were sooo appreciated! Could not rate this place higher.. it is 100% fantastic!

AustraliaHaven’t felt so strongly positive about a hotel before. Fantastic location, great boutique atmosphere and design. Feels small enough to know all the staff (who are beyond lovely, especially Mai and Dat), but big enough to have every amenity you could need. The service is incredible, anything we asked for, the hotel provided. Rooms are stylish, buffet is tasty, view is terrific. Can’t recommend enough if staying in ho chi minh city.

Our stay here was amazing, the property is very beautiful, new, modern and clean. The rooms are really nicely designed so it made them feel so much larger than they were. The rooftop bar and pool were incredible and we loved our buffet breakfast every morning. The location is perfect and easy walking distance to many sights. We stayed here for our anniversary holiday and we felt very spoilt, the staff were so attentive and kind. Special thanks to Liem for his helpful recommendations and making our stay extra special! Would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to HCM.

United KingdomThe room was surprisingly small for a five-star hotel. We expected more spacious accommodations, particularly in Asia, where hotel rooms are generally more generous than those in cities like Paris, London, or Rome. With both of us having large 20kg suitcases, moving around the room comfortably became quite challenging. This was probably the biggest downside and impacted our enjoyment of the stay. Additionally, we had "issues" with the air conditioning. Despite setting the temperature to 23°C, the room remained uncomfortably cold, with the actual temperature not reflecting the display. This made it difficult to relax and added to our overall discomfort. Unfortunately, these factors detracted from what could have been a much better experience at the hotel.
The location was fantastic—right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly easy to navigate and explore. Being so close to the city's central buzz meant we could walk to most attractions, cafes, and shops without any hassle. Whether we wanted to dive into the vibrant street food scene or visit the key landmarks, everything was just a short stroll away. The convenience of the location truly enhanced our experience, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the city's energy effortlessly. Highly recommended for anyone looking to be at the center of it all!
