We had an amazing one-week stay at Premium Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were very comfortable and spotless, the breakfasts were great and the staff were incredibly helpful and polite. Overall, a wonderful experience—I’d highly recommend it!

The location was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us, especially the wonderful Dat Nguyen and the team. The breakfast was delicious, and it was delightful to sit by the pool. Our room was comfortable, and we enjoyed a restful sleep. We would definitely stay here again if we visit in the future.

-Very friendly and hospitable staff; felt extremely welcome upon arriving- felt genuine -Room and bed was large- very clean. Very quiet, great shower -allowed us to store our baggage pre and post check in whilst awaiting for our flight -Went above and beyond to ensure we were able to be comfortable after checkout allowing us to utilise the facilities as required. I haven’t had hospitality anywhere near as wonderful as what the hotel provided

The air-conditional in the room is a bit weak, i need to put to 17dec C on constant, but still not feel like 17dec C, worse is that when i'm back to room in the afternoon, where the room is a bit stuffy and need the air-condition to cool down the room fast, but its will take sometimes for the air-condition to work its wonder,

The staff is friendly and helpful. They will personnely will attend to your needs, they even wave good bye to you when you leave. This is the best staff services i ever get from my travels and stay in a lot of country. An A+ rating for they staffs.

I was given an executive room that had connecting doors to the room next door, which were both, of course, closed, however, because of the doors it was possible to hear the neighbours loudly at night when they were getting busy.

Amazing service and a beautiful room with extremely comfy beds. Great, central location. The breakfast was good too.

The windowless room is a bit odd, but if you’re just sleeping there it’s fine.

A lovely luxury hotel right in the heart of Saigon. The cocktails in the rooftop bar are delicious, the staff are great and gave top notch recommendations for places to eat.

Everything was great if I had to be picky it would be nice to get two room keys one for the electric and one to take out so the air conditioning can work for when I'm back

The property has lovely rooms and a great sky bar! But the highlight was the lovely staff who went out of their way to help!
