The room is big and clean. The service is excellent. Hotel is near the central area of Hanoi. The staff are friendly and helpful. I arrive early in Hanoi, the staff helped me in managing my bookings.

What an amazing room! Love the design and decor of the room. Love the bathtub! The room is spacious. It is a great boutique hotel in the heart of Hanoi, minutes walk from the lake and plenty of food options around.

The location, the large room, the staff and the breakfast

Breakfast was in the other hotel building 50m down the road; no big deal really. Newly renovated, but the features were interesting. The bath towel rack was inside the shower glassed shower (will get wet). Bathroom, outside shower cubicle, no towel racks to dry/hang. Bathroom lights are inside the bathroom. The provided shower gel / shampoo pump bottles had no place in the shower cubicle (unless u put on floor).

Good location. Loved the huge balcony on the 6th floor. Staff were nice and friendly. Newly renovated place, hence a nice feel. Breakfast had a good spread.

Cleaning could be more thorough

Stunning hotel in a great location in Hanoi. The staff were young, helpful and very polite. The breakfast (pre order) was good and with a view of the lake. The room was gorgeous, the bathroom and amenities were great. It could have been cleaner, we found a few hairs on the floors when we first arrived. Will save this hotel for next time and definitely come back!

I was a little upset that was not told upfront there was a surcharge of 3% is the bill is settled vide credit card.

Dior and the receptionist were so helpful and courteous. They tried to help anyway they can. Location is amazing

None, it has been a perfect experience!

Fantastic stay with a great location to base the sightseeings. Mr Jimmy, the General Manager is always helpful and so do Ms Anh Thu, who was equally good and went out of the way to make my stay comfortable. Staffs are friendly, corteous and knowledgable. Thank you for making it a wonderful stay!

We loved everything!

The staff were amazing!!!! The rooms that we had with a balcony for our family and our room with a view of the river were really nice and comfortable. The breakfasts were great too, value for money. Amazing showers, bathrooms etc

The breakfast was a choice of 4 set menus which were beautifully prepared and more than enough, but there wasn’t cereal as an option

The location was perfect for walking around the old quarter. We walked to train street. Ask the lovely staff what time the train will come. Silvia from the front desk took a photo of the schedule for us. Also, ask the staff if you want to go on any tours. Dior, was very helpful and managed to get us a better deal than what I would have got online. They provided umbrellas at the door for us to use. Best hotel out of the 5 hotels we stayed in during our time in Vietnam
