Lovely hotel in a great location on the edge of the Old Quarter. Rooms very comfortable, rooftop pool is fabulous and the rooftop bar is a great spot to have a drink and watch the sun set over the city. But what sets this place apart is the customer service: every single staff member was so friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable with advice, recommendations, etc that really made a difference.

The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable and the pool was absolutely necessary in the Hanoi humidity and heat. The staff are highly accommodating and we loved the rooftop bar!

I had a wonderful experience celebrating my partner’s birthday at Le Jardin Hotel Haute Couture. The staff, particularly the concierge Chris, went above and beyond to make the occasion special. He decorated our room with balloons and assisted with making a drinks reservation, adding a personal touch to our stay. The room was elegant and comfortable, offering a perfect blend of luxury and convenience. The hotel’s amenities, including the sky bar, pool and fitness facilities, enhanced our overall experience.

The pool was rather dirty so we opted not to use it. Would have been nice to use with the humidity.

The bed was amazing, huge and very comfy! The location was a 10 minute walk from the centre of the old Town so very quiet at night which was lovely. Breakfast had a very good selection too.

Staff were incredibly helpful. Assisted with booking transport and where to shop, prices to pay. Service has been exceptional. Christian, Tracy, Rachel and Hieu were all fantastic. The on-site restaurant has great views and service with good wine on the menu. Spa treatments across the road booked for me as requested were also of a high standard.

I think everything was great

The hotel was new and had a wow factor, especially with the lobby decor and room facilities. The location is conveniently located at the midpoint of Tay Ho and Hoang Kiem, so it's great for business meetings but also just walkable to Truc Bach, which is a charming neighborhood of cafes and restaurants by the lake, if you want to discover the "essence" of Hanoi living. The breakfast has good variety and it's orderly despite the volume of guests. I would like to mention Daniel at the front desk who was very helpful and friendly and spoke great English.

We stayed 5 nights in total at Le Jardin and would highly recommend this hotel. Excellent choices for breakfast with views of West Lake, good food in the restaurant and great rooftop bar. The hotel stored some luggage for us and arranged various private transfers out of Hanoi and to and from the Airport. A special thanks to Chris the Manager and all the staff who made us feel so welcome.
