The decor, the building, the room was beautiful. The pool was excellent. All the staff were so polite and friendly. A beautiful hotel. I would recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely amazing !!!! recommend highly! Staff were accomodating -!: also amazing the room was amazing the pool was amazing the breakfast was amazing and the other guests were amazing !!! Close to all locations, they also have a free bicycle and can ride to the beach or to the rice fields on your days !! Hands down one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at !!!!! Also close to the old town and the markets ! Central location also a plus!!! Cannot mention amazing enough !! Absolutely amazing !!! Highly highly recommend !!!

Really nothing negative to say.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was great, we were in a twin room with the biggest king sized beds I've ever slept in, and so comfortable. Out door pool was small but very adequate. I'd definitely recommend.

Everything was perfect

The pictures do not do this place justice, it is so beautiful! The garden area and the pool were the perfect place to hang out to get away from the busy old town. The staff were absolutely lovely and were always on hand to make our stay as special as possible. The breakfast was really great too!

This is my second time staying at Hoi An Central and wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else! The rooms are beautiful and spacious, the breakfast is delicious and the pool saved me on many hot Hoi An days.This hotel is such a beautiful, peaceful oasis in the middle of the bustling town centre and the staff go above and beyond to ensure that you enjoy your stay and get the most out of your time in Hoi An.

Lovely Hotel within easy walking distance to the river and shopping.. we moved her from another hotel that was and were lucky enough to get a room as it is very popular… lovely pool, great breakfast and charming staff. The bed was so comfortable and the sheets so soft, I look forward to our return.

Our favourite hotel of a 11 night trip in Vietnam!! Massive room, friendly and helpful staff, lovely gardens, huge and diverse breakfast and a great location on the edge of the old town minutes from the river. We arrived really early as our flight was brought forwards, the staff let us relax by the pool and got our room ready ahead of the usual check in time. This was really appreciated as we were quite tired!!
