Breakfast and location was great . Staff is excellent .Very near to the main town you can walk and they also provide cycles to roam around . Free shuttle car is also there if you want to visit beach . Staff is excellent and hospitality was great .

The rooms are pretty different and have an interesting set up. It is a little isolated from old town but still in a cool location. Food in the hotel was mixed.

Nice adjoining rooms with good facilities. Liked the pool area downstairs and very friendly staff.

We had everything we needed and more for our family stay. The pool was perfect and the food lovely and very easy to walk to the centre. the rooms were spacious, clean and pretty and the staff just so kind.

The inhouse massage hadnt been a good experience

The hotel was refurbished so everything is new. The room is spacious and aircon powerful especially after a hot outing 😁 The location is within walking distance to the old town but due to the hot weather we prefer to grab there. The reception girls were very friendly and one was able to converse in English, while another was able to converse in mandarin. They were recommend places and shops to visit. Do try the food tour..really good. They also provide complimentary tea which was nice 👍

The staff… always smiling and welcoming. Helped with planning day trip, the restaurant staff took special care of my veg dietary preferences. The room and bathroom was spotlessly clean.

Lack of storage in the room - no cupboards or drawers, tiny fridge, nowhere to hang towels. The main thing though was the pool. I booked it for the 18m downstairs lap pool, which was, weirdly, enclosed in a courtyard. Not a major problem. What was a problem was that the first day I got in to do some laps, I realised there were no stairs to get out! I am a fairly fit 53 year old but each time it was tricky hoisting myself onto the side and sliding around to get up lol. The rooftop pool was small and also had a similar issue with access. The staff made up for all of the other little things though.

The staff here are absolutely lovely and we loved the location. Hoi An is so busy and it was a good 20 mins walk away from the real hustle and bustle with some nice bars and restaurants nearby. The included breakfast was plentiful and varied. Bed was very comfortable and it was a quiet room. Amazing internet like the rest of Vietnam.

Our room had a view of a wall. This was fine for us because we were only there in the evenings to sleep, or during the day to avoid the sun.

We loved it here. Everyone is really lovely, the facilities are great, fresh and clean and the inclusions (like push bikes) really added to the overall experience. They arranged a birthday cake for my husband's birthday and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Other travelers here were also really nice (which makes a huge impact). If you are a family traveling with three children, you'll even have a bed each for them using the family room (although one will have to stay in your room).

The only thing (and it's a very small thing) is that my room was situated at the front of the hotel and the sun shone right through each morning. The curtains were quite light so I was woken very early by the natural light. Again, this is something so small and it wouldn't stop me from recommending this accommodation!

I had an amazing stay at Hoi An Babylon Riverside hotel. This hotel really exceeded my expectations. It is absolutely spotless and well looked after. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were so comfortable. After travelling for the past few weeks, I slept like a baby! The staff were exceptional. Their helpfulness and friendliness blew me away. I dealt with Chi and Ms Linh a few times and they couldn't have been more helpful. We were always greeted with big smiles from all of the staff. I got some laundry done and it was delivered back to me withing a few hours. The breakfast had a variety of choice and the food in the restaurant was very tasty. We were disappointed that we didn't get to spend more time here!

A newly refurbished hotel, good sized rooms and comfortable beds. Large pool downstairs and small rooftop pool on the rooftop. Appox 20min walk to old town but close to the river and restaurants. Good selection for breakfast buffet. Free cooking class. Free shuttle too and from esco beach each day. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

My only complaint has to do with the shuttle the hotel provides to the beach. They actually just use Grab. I forgot my phone which has a wallet case on it, in the shuttle. I called my husband back home and had him map it. It was still sitting in the car outside where we were dropped I ran out after about 5 to 7 minutes. The driver pretended he had no idea my phone was in his car. After an hour I went to buy some food and drink at the beach and noticed that all my money was missing. My money was hidden in two separate spots in my phone case and was not visible. There was nothing the hotel could do although they were very concerned that it happened. They reported the driver. It would be nice if the hotel employed their own shuttle and driver so that these things don't happen in the future.

The staff make this place. In all my travels, they are the best I have seen. They are friendly, polite and accommodating. When we were in the elevator and a staff member got on they would not press a button so as not to interrupt us. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was very clean. The buffet was very good and staff were always refilling the food as needed. It is maybe a 7 to 10 minute walk to the market. It is quiet at night. The pools are amazing! We ended up extending our stay because when you find something this good, nothing else can compare. The hotel offers a shuttle to the beach which is about a 10-15 drive away. The beach is very nice but there are several hawkers. We booked an excellent food tour through the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.
