We had the best time at this homestay. We ended up extending our stay by an extra night. The family were so lovely and were always on hand to help with booking tours or taking us to places. They kindly helped us arrange doing the Hi Van Pass over to Hue. There are bicycles which you can use for free to get to the town or beach. They also have scooters to rent. The town was a 10/15 minute cycle away and the beach was about 20 minute cycle through the beautiful rice fields. The pool was gorgeous and very picturesque. Our room was lovely and overlooked the pool.

Beautiful oasis far away from the busy streets and noises. The room, pool and the whole homestay were clean and tidy. The staff is very polite, friendly and helpful. They helped us with the transfer from the airport and booked a bus for our departure. Breakfast is great (I recommend pineapple pancakes)! During my stay here it was my birthday and they prepared me a surprise cake!! Thank you again!

Absolutely lovely and caring hosts, extremely comfy beds, nice and clean room, beautiful pool area, great breakfast, free rent of bicycles, perfect location between old town and the beach and a really chill vibe and atmosphere. The property really felt like a home away from home. All of the staff went the extra mile to make sure you had everything you needed. Clean rooms and use of free bikes to go into the ancient town.

The rooms were really big, the pool was also big and very clean. The breakfast was delicious and the lady serving the breakfast was always so nice and friendly! They helped me book my bus to hué also which was great. They also cleaned my room and gave me fresh towels which I appreciated.

Our favourite accommodation in our six weeks in Vietnam. Really good location. Free bikes to cycle into the old town in 15 minutes and the beach in 25. The hosts were so helpful and could not do enough for us. The rooms and pool were lovely and clean and the breakfast was good. Would definitely stay again.

Unfortunately, the AC in my room was a bit loud and hummed slightly, so I turned it off at night so I could sleep. Since it was very warm, I would have liked to have left it on. The hostess persuaded me that I should go to a certain seamstress (who was probably part of her family somehow) if I wanted something sewn and that she could drive me there directly. I felt a bit overwhelmed by it and in the end I wasn't satisfied with the seamstress' work. If I had the choice again today, I would not go to this seamstress again and get an idea of ​​the different offers and options first.

My room at Herbal Tea Homestay was very nice. It was clean, had a wonderful clean bathroom, a closet as well as a TV, a small table and 2 chairs. The breakfast was very tasty, in addition to the chosen breakfast (I had pancakes) there was always fresh fruit and a drink (e.g. coffee). The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and helped with booking activities.

Nothing. Maybe just that no hand soap was provided in bathroom (although there is body gel and shampoo which a lot of people seem to use as hand wash in Vietnam).

Really good value considering how cheap it is, includes a decent breakfast too. Really nice staff who go out of their way to help you with anything should you need it. They even gave me an airport transfer for a much cheaper price than the Grab app (250k VND). Room is nice. I didn't use the pool, but it looked good too. Free fruit and drink on arrival. Location good - away from hustle and bustle of the town centre, but close enough to get there or beach both in 5-10 mins by Grab motorbike (or can use free bicycles to go yourself too). I left early for a Ba Na Hills trip one day and the staff were nice enough to give me a takeaway breakfast too.

I rode my bicycle to this property, and there was plenty of room to safely lock it up away from the street. The staff offered me fruit and refreshments when I arrived and showed me to a poolside suite that blew my expectations out of the water. I really appreciated the atmosphere at Herbal Tea Homestay and the care that staff showed in each of our interactions. I'd be delighted to return!

I can’t find anything bad to say about them.

What a fantastic place run by lovely people. It’s situated between the old town and the beachfront in a quiet area but there are numerous good restaurants only a 5 minute walk away. The surrounding area is very flat and it makes for easy cycling on the complimentary bikes.

The owner went out of his way to make us feel so welcomed at his accommodations. He picked us up from the airport in Da Nang and stopped along the way to pick us up a ban mi, which was greatly appreciated because we were really hungry. Once we arrived at the homestay he provided us with tea and snacks while checking us in. I highly recommend this establishment. The room was really nice and quiet and the pool was great too.

Can not say enough wonderful things about Herbal Tea Homestay. They arranged pick up from Da Nang for us. Greeted us with tea and fruit and the kindness went on from there. We had a delicious breakfast daily (additional cost that was very reasonable). A few evenings we even ordered dinner. The grounds are lush and private. Bicycles are provided for guest use. Some could use a little grease and tuning up but I felt that was all part of the authentic experience. The pool is a nice area, our room was large, there are two large outdoor covered areas to hang out for games (you provide), reading, drinks, etc. if you want a change of scenery. Its a quick bike ride to either the beach or old town. There are a couple local markets walking distance for fruit or snacks. Hoa and Binh are amazing owners and take pride in their property and helping others.
