A bit noisy. It was not their fault but some guests were playing karaoke super loud in the room next to ours.

I didn't get a response to my message before I went to the hotel asking them to help me out getting a taxi from the bus station to there. Staff didn't speak English so well. No card payment, no additional information provided beforehand about eating/drinking options around etc how I experienced it in other places.

Cheap hotel for one night, close to the harbor to catch the ferry. Comfortable, clean and big room. Staff helped me to find a taxi to the harbor.

Excellent location. Helpful staff, clean room, great AC, good hot water in shower. Tv with Netflix and other channels. Good linen and towels. Elevator and new look! Close to river walk, restaurants, coffee shops. Markets nearby.

The hotel is called Hanh Phuc, Vietnamese for Happy. A bit confusing when looking for the location.

Friendly receptionist, helpful. Same family organises the transfer to Kampot. Close to the river. Spacious room.

Simple, unpretentious, clean. Painless check in, strong AC, clean, right next to the ferry. For the price it's perfect. The WiFi is good and there was enough water provided (4x500ml)

The bathroom was below average and the wifi frustratingly poor.

The property suited us well for a one-night stay. Well located near the river and food outlets. The hotel itself is quite basic, but perfectly adequate. The staff were very friendly and helpful despite the obvious language barrier.

bed was a bit hard. Laundry was priced by eye, not weight.

Good location, room was clean. the staff were really helpful, helping to book our bus and provide other information. They lost a couple of items in our laundry that we were upset to have lost- having only noticed once we left the city later that day, we contacted them to ask if there was any chance they could post to our next hotel in HCMC- the items beat us there, so very happy with the way they handled that. Really good sea food restaurant just round the corner to the right!

The receptionist tried her best but it was still hard to communicate with her. She could offer only limited info but still managed to get me across the border to Cambodia

Great big room. Very clean. Good location and really friendly helpful staff. They helped us with money exchange, onwards travel and breakfast. Ha Tien was a nice place to explore, lively night market and loads of great street food

Bed sucked, holes in linen, very uncomfortable. Small bathroom but the equipment was OK. The "window" was very small and opened on the inside of the hotel. Very loud construction noise early in the morning but that's not really the hotels fault.

Good location, good price. Easy check in/out and helpful staff.
