New ZealandI stayed here again for a 3rd time after a Halong cruise. While I was away on the cruise the team stored some of my belongings for me, which was very helpful and thoughtful of them. I continue to recommend this hotel, it's quiet, neat, conveniently located in the Old Quarter, and affordable.

PhilippinesWe arrived from a redeye flight and was surprised to see the reception room closed. Though they were already told of our arrival time and we just had to knock. Hanoi climate is very warm. The aircon took some hours to get cold but other than that everything was perfect
The location is the best. Though its in the heart of old quarter,hanoi and a mere 2-10 mins away from everywhere you might want to go, the hotel keeps a quite environment. You can sleep soundly away from the hustle and bustle of the busy streets. The hotel is very clean. The staffs are also very accomodating,friendly and reliable.You can also request for a pick up shuttle from the airport at a reasonable price .

MaltaThe room was spacious and decorated nicely and beds were really comfortable. Location was good; close to restaurants, shops and main attractions. Staff were really helpful and nice. They helped us to apply for Thai Visa, shared with us different tours they offer and let us keep our bags for a couple of days until we went to do the ha giang loop. Before leaving they even gave us some snacks. Everything was great so we booked the hotel again when we went back to Hanoi.

Location is superb, not on the main street but very near. Walking distance to almost everywhere. Because it's not on the main street, it a a bonus because it is not noisy. The room is soundproofed too. Kevin and Lydia were very attentive to guests. Kudos to them! There are many eating places along the street including nice cafes across the hotel with hidden garden.
