The gym was not really a gym at all. It's a small space with a bench, a treadmill, a broken elliptical and a bicycle. So a run or bike ride was possible. Anything else not so much. The proximity to the old town was also a bit far. It's about a 15 minute walk. Which normally isn't a problem at all. But 15 minutes in 35 degrees and 100% humidity is pretty taxing. We ended up taking Grabs most of the time.

The pool area is so nice and quiet. Great to chill out at with a drink and amazing food in the hot daytime. The service is second to none. Our host Thuan helped us out so much. From giving tips on what to do in Hoi An to buying tickets to a show to getting our AC fixed in record time. She did it all with the biggest smile. One day we had our gym clothes draped over the chairs on the balcony. When we came back to the room the maid had placed a drying rack on the balcony for us and had hung our clothes on it. That's just amazing. The rooms are comfortable and beautiful. The breakfast is also pretty good. Solid selection and good quality.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like. We were unfortunate to get a puncture on the bikes you can take on the way back from the beach but the staff did everything they could to try and help us in this situation.

We absolutely loved our stay in this hotel- the staff were so helpful, from even before we arrived helping to arrange a transfer. Everyone we met was so kind and friendly, so attentive and polite. The rooms were clean and a great size with a lovely balcony. We had breakfast, which had a great choice and also enjoyed the pool.

Honestly i liked everything it is my happy place.

As this was our 3rd time at the hotel, and already planning for next year, we can safely say we love this gem of a hotel. The price for the standard of accommodation is very reasonable. Rooms are well kept, and i could have lived in the bed it is so comfortable. Breakfast is great egg chef and good opening times. It is a top class hotel, and the staff are so friendly and smiley you feel as if you know them personally. Do not hesitate to book this hotel.

The Aircon in our didn't work to full strength. We had to have it on the lowest temp, highest speed all the time and it was okay. The bed was very squeaky.

The pool was lovely, especially in the heat of the day. Location was an easy walk to town and markets.

e organised to stay at Hadana with our family, as we were celebrating our mums 60th I would highly recommend this gorgeous hotel. The staff are incredible, the rooms are spacious and clean. The views stunning and the food great if you need to just chill by the pool Everyone is so helpful and we stayed with 2 of our kids (3 years old and 6 years old) and the family room was perfect for us. We felt like we have found our second home here in Vietnam. The breakfast buffet is excellent and a great variety of choice. If you need to have a sunset drink before heading the the ancient city, the bar is great and the staff wonderful. We ended up extending for another night because we were so chilled The hotel recommended Ba Na Hills and it was such fun and such an excellent experience. We going to miss this hotel

Amazing experience in this hotel. They took time to explain everything to us. Nice welcome with a delicious tea. Staff 10/10. Kind, helpful. Specially the lady at the reception. They help us to rent a bike for a good price Upgraded our room. The room was beautiful with city view and the Air-con worked perfect. We slept the whole because there was no noise in the hotel at all. Breakfast 10/10 rally good options from Western to Vietnamese. Pool clean and refreshing. Hotel clean and beautiful installation. Close to the old town.highly recommended.

The resort was exceptional in all regards, but what stood out the most for me was the incredible staff who were friendly, engaging and provided perhaps the best customer service experience of any hotel stay i have ever had. Truly incredible. It was like staying with family.

We love our stay here, the staff was amazing, the food is so delicious, the location is just perfect!! The rooms were very confortable, you can sleep like a baby, the breakfast is so various and different every day! Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to make my visit memorable. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the old town. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

the main shower was way to close to the toilet where after shower, the entire bathroom was completely wet.

Breakfast was delicious, my kids loved the pool, room was very comfortable and beautiful. I loved the fact they offer all beach equipment (chairs, towels, " beach umbrella" ) via a partnership with one of the beach restaurants (Dolphin beach club) which is very convenient for the entire family.

This was our best stay in Vietnam! What a wonderful staff and superb hotel! . Location of the hotel is great, with the free bicycles from the hotel you are within 10 min in the Ancient Town. An Nang Beach is 10 min drive (grab) from the hotel and you can make use of the beds at Dolphin Kitchen & Bar. Nice restaurants, spa’s in the street nearby the hotel. The Pool is great! Breakfast is good, great mix between Western and Asian breakfast. Rooms are spacious and clean. We will come back!

What stood out to me was the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel.

The bedding is incredibly comfortable, as are the pillows. Although it may seem insignificant, this is highly important to me.

Great service and very cozy environment, please look for Thuan at the reception and she will help you to the fullest of her ability. Massage was very good. Very convenient location, only 15 min walk or less to the old town. Breakfast has good variety of food.

We had an exceptional experience at our stay at Hadana! The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The food was delicious, the pool was amazing, and the breakfast options were plentiful and tasty. The services offered by the hotel were top-notch, from room service to tour bookings. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay. The location was perfect. We were close to everything. 5 stars, and I can't wait to return!
