Location good for market, ok to walk to main attractions. Room comfortable but limited facilities on site. Staff able to provide some assistance depending on language. No breakfast but options around the area.

The hotel is well located for the tourist area but not so close that it is part of that chaotic noisy scene. It’s also round the corner from the Fine Arts Museum which is definitively worth a visit. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The personnel was not friendly, just doing their job. They don't care about you at all lol they don't even say hi From our room we could hear anything and conversation happening in the hallway. That is bothering if you have trouble sleeping. Take earplugs.

The room is big and the bathroom too ! Loved it There is a small kitchen which we didn't use but was convenient. I loved that there was a big window which allows to have a lot of daylight. The hotel is near the touristic area so it is convenient. Walking distance from almost everything.

Nothing to dislike, basic accommodation but price reflects that.

Conveniently located for central Ho Chi Minh City, easy to get around. Clean, large room with ample space for 4 people. unlike other places we’ve stayed in Vietnam the staff weren’t overly friendly. Not an issue for us, but a noticeable difference between this and other accommodation. No food options available but plenty of nearby options

Communication could be better. Room was told not available, and then available, and not available again only after I arrive at HCMC. Booking.com was not also informed of the latest update from the property.

The staff is very rude, not welcoming at all. They wanted to keep my passport until I pay which I refused and paid immediately. You can feel that there is no trust. I thought breakfast was included, I came for breakfast and the staff shouted at me that there is no breakfast, he did not even offer me to pay for it. I really did not appreciate.

The hotel is well located, at a walking distance from the main tourist attractions. The room was nice for the price and clean.

Requested for room with window during booking, at the end i got the room without window. Requested the staff for iron to iron my clothes, staff said wait for a while, until I checked out still didnt get the iron haha. malfunction hair dryer, floor a bit slippery maybe due to floor cleaner.

All the noise in the rooms can be heard. Bedsheets were clean, but flip-flops - I’m not sure they are hygienic. And two bottles of water is not enough for two person daily. The room is without balcony - you should bear it in mind if you are smokers.

Great location, close to Bui Vien Walking street, if you like parties. Cheap price, the staff was very friendly.

The room floor was not properly mopped during out first check-in. There were ants army crawling all over my luggage contained with sealed dried food the next morning, suspect there is ant nest at side of walls. Told cleaner about having ants in room in the morning. They said OK, but the following morning, ants amry were seen again surrounding my luggage.

Bed was a bit hard, but can't complain for the price. The hot water is a little iffy. First night was lukewarm. 2nd night hot. 3rd night hot and then turned lukewarm. Some ants in the room

Near the Fine Arts Museum and 10-15min walk to the walking streets and market. Am glad to be staying here and not in the backpacker area, which was crazy noisy at night. My room was quiet. Booked this hotel for the bathtub. Room exactly as in the photos. Staff was helpful.
