Clean and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. They have good yummy breakfast also. Beautiful decorations and super comfy bed. The location is several mns walk to the beach.

Convenient location to the beach, good stay if you prefer a more relaxed atmosphere as compared to the city centre district that is more happening. This hotel is also close to the beach and can be reached by walking.

Breakfast options was limited, the noise of the children swimming, it’s like you have a human alarm clock in the morning.. the hotel is not in the downtown area so Grab rates are slightly higher.

Staff, Tiffany and all of the staff are hands on, they give suggestion. Hotel only issue 1 key card but Tiffany offered if we want to leave the key in the room, we can always asked her to open the room for us.

This is such a lovely hotel and I really like the staff team there. I spoke with Tiffany the most, she was friendly, helpful, and super sweet. But actually, everyone was so nice, and they made me felt at home there :)

The customer service exceeded my expectations! Everyone was so accommodating and helpful. Laundry service was on point! The cleanliness and the atmosphere was unbeatable. The pool area was beautiful and peaceful. I will be recommending this place to future travelers. If I could, I would give this place a 20/10.

We only stayed for the night, we didn't use the pool or any of the other facilities, so we can't say. But the staff was nice and professional and very helpful. The pool looked also nice.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Daisy. My kids loved the pools, and I enjoyed relaxing by the fish pond. The hotel's atmosphere is perfect for unwinding, and the bed was very comfortable. The room had a kitchen, which was great for reheating food after the kids' swim. The staff were also very kind and attentive during breakfast.

A bit aging room interior, toilet door not easy to open :) Room upgrade for studio with little kitchen wasnt really worth it

Nice, clean hotel with an enjoyable pool, good breakfast and great staff. 10min. walk to the beach, good local food options around. Nice terrace with pretty plants for the deluxe studio

Would’ve loved a few more western options at breakfast.

We loved our stay at Daisy! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, well kept, and modern. We were in a balcony room on the 4th floor and it was amazing. The bed was the most comfortable of beds after traveling SE Asia for 3 months. And oo 2 pillows each, they spoil us! Zoe was so helpful when we arrived off the train at 6am. We opted to pay the 1/2 rate and check in early vs waiting 7 hours til normal check in time. AC was great too. All staff were very friendly! I have a video on my IG @caitlinandrob

The breakfast was not amazing and the staff does not offer a lot of options in terms of tours or transport in case you don't want to hire a private car.

The room and the hotel are really pretty. The fact that you can rent a scooter directly in the hotel.

Everything was 11/10.

The smiling faces and warm greetings we received each time we came down to breakfast or back to the hotel. Front desk are sooooo super friendly, a credit to the hotel.
