Well, you might consider cleaning the beach.

Definetly staff is very friendly, especially receptionists.

We just missed chairs in front of the rooms or a hammock. And mostly important don't let your shoes outside the rooms, their are dogs or other animals with weird fetish. So a shoe can be lost or just scruffy if you ll get it back. The Resort is really far from the city center or anything else and you definitely need a scooter or some sweat.

Super friendly and helpful staff, funny security guards. Free bicycles to go to the beach and the City Center. Scooter rental at the resort. A really calm, quiet and beautiful coconut garden with an almost private beach front. Super comfortable big rooms with everything you need. Nice breakfast soups and good Vietnamese coffee for breakfast. You'll find some snakes around 🖤

There was nothing I didn't like, great place to stay!

The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Inclusive breakfast with a range of daily tasty choices. Fully equipped resort with a lovely pool and paddling pool for younger children, with free pool lounges and hammocks to use. The room has ensuite, mini bar fridge, kettle with tea and coffee refreshed daily. Robes and flip flops are provided to wear around resort with a separate set of towels for the pool/ beach. Bicycles are free to use for a 3 minute leisurely ride to the resorts private beach equipped with lounges, tables, and swings. There are scooters/ mopeds to hire from the resort to explore the island at reasonable competitive rates. I would definitely recommend Coco Gardens for a great relaxing stay. Can't wait for my next visit!!

The hotel is beautiful, great bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool is very big and nice. The receptionist’s were amazing, very kind and helpful, specially Thu Ngân was so lovely, kind and patient with all of our needs. She was always looking for a way to help us and makes us feel comfortable and happy at the hotel and in Phu Quoc island. We had a great and relaxing time!

place is very nice and clean. Pool is super nice. Breakfast was available t select from menu but there is only egg (omelet) and PHO soup practically. Coffee is nly instans and very sweet ready made. So breakfast and services need to be developed. There was free bicycles that can be used to drive to the beach.

The shower would be our biggest complaint. Not a lot of pressure and almost impossible to find a normal, warm temperature. Was either cold or boiling hot. We tried to toggle it very gently every time in hopes of making it tolerable in either direction but never really managed. In our room, our toilet paper holder was missing so we had nowhere to put it except on the ground on an empty tissue box we found under the bathroom sink. Some days we would receive water and instant coffee refills and other days not for some reason. Pool definitely needs some umbrellas and maybe a few more sun loungers. Nothing close by in terms of restaurants, grocery store, etc but this is manageable if you have a scooter. No food or drinks offered for purchase at the resort but you can order things with Grab. The security gate (as stated in previous reviews) is a bit of an inconvenience but nothing that would really ruin a holiday.

Everything was really nice and new and looks exactly like the pictures shown. Pool was clean with a good temperature and towels for it were also provided in room. Breakfast choices and iced coffee were all tasty. Area felt very safe and secure. Resort was very quiet and we didn't notice noise from other guests. Smart TV, A/C and mini fridge worked well.

Getting to the actual property. The resort sits behind a security fence and cars/taxis need approval from reception to travel/drive the 2-3 minutes to the reception area. There are push bikes if you wish to cycle the (unlit) path up to the main road about 10 minutes away.

Coco Garden resort pleasantly surprised us. It is a bit further from the main road, but the advantage is that it is very quiet and private. If you are planning to rent a motorbike Coco Garden will be a great and comfy choice of accommodation. The bungalows are very stylish and very well furnished, they have large bathrooms and comfortable beds. The environment is green with lots of palm trees and a large pool. For breakfast you choose from the menu. A big advantage of this place is a short distance from private and clean beach

We stayed 3 nights: Spacious room with modern nice furniture, super large bathroom, nested in the nature. Receptionist girl was super friendly each time with smile. So well priced with breakfast included +++++

- Lack of communication: I didn't get a reply to any of my emails prior to arrival and we also weren't informed about directions to the hotel (google maps shows wrong route) - Fruit at breakfast would have been a nice addition - Beach can get quite dirty depending on the tide
