nothing really ,the beach restaurant next door has karaoke some nights but ear plugs fixed that . As is pointed out in the brochure, your room will be cleaned on request, so our fault we didn’t get room cleaned for a day or so😂

The WiFi in the third of our three rooms was terrible. It may seem a trivial matter but, staying connected on holiday is, for some, essential. Thanh did his best to resolve this for us but, a more technical solution is needed or, just a better WiFi system. The most disappointing aspect of our stay in Haven, however, was the terrible beach trash. The hotel did its best to keep its section of beach clean but overall the condition of the beach was dirty. It seems neighbouring restaurants and villagers cared little for making a good impression with tourists and it was especially disconcerting to swim in clear waters only to see large amounts of trash on the seabed. Invariably, we had plastic and other debris washed into our face as we swam, on most days. The walk through the narrow village streets to arrive at Haven was a little inconvenient in the hot sun!

Some staff members were excellent and always friendly and attentive, especially Thanh, Hung and Phin. The housekeeping staff were lovely too. They are all very hardworking and always helpful in Haven. Its reat location away from the noise of Quy Nhon city and good offers food in a very relaxing atmosphere.

Lovely location. Great food options (we ate all of our meals here for 9 days and I’m veggie) room was perfect for our needs and the staff were lovely. Also had access to beach umbrellas, yoga mats, books. We liked it so much we extended our stay

This is not the fault of the resort, but something to be aware of. The small home stays in the village also have seafood restaurants, and from 4pm the beach is filled with tables and chairs and music until about 10pm (you can hear this in the room, but it was fine for us). This would be fine, but what isn’t fine is the amount of trash left on the beach after each evening from these local restaurants. We swam on our second morning and the sea was filled of wet wipe bags, straws, plastic bags. Thím is not the fault of our resort, but be aware the sea is not always free of trash. We did have a gorgeous swim on our first day with very little trash in the sea, and I would say a lot of it is due to the wonderful efforts of the resort.

What a gem of a place! We stayed here with our family of 5, and our room was fabulous for the price we paid. Bunk beds, with a roll away, sofa and seats, and a balcony overlooking the ocean. The beach is one of the nicest we’ve been to MOST OF THE TIME. It was gorgeous to walk down. It is relatively free of trash compared to most places, this resort offers a free beer/ice cream/soda for each bag of trash collected, so my kids were quite willing to pick up a few bags! The water is really clear, and during the day there are very little people on the beach. SUP hire is great, we took 2 boards and paddled around the island. There’s some great snorkeling out there and a cave filled with bats to explore. I love the little things this resort offers - the library and sitting area, the beach parasol and yoga mats, even the water dispenser near the rooms. Breakfast is awesome, and so are the pizzas. Highly recommend this little slice of paradise!!

I never tried the Western meals although the I noticed the pizza was made from scratch and looked authentic. I thought some of the Vietnamese meals were a little ‘dumbed down’ to better suit the Western palate. How ever I thorough enjoyed and recommend guests try the seafood selections at the evening beach market.

The beachside location was fantastic. I was recovering from a bad cold so to rest and recuperate in a quiet space either on the beach or in a deck chair on the large covered deck area with a book was just perfect. The staff were all very hospitable but a big shout out to Tun who went the extra mile to ensure I was enjoying my stay at Haven. He assisted me greatly in organising my onward travel to Hoi An.

Best hotel experience I’ve had in my life. Amazing location, exceptional facilities (they even give you beach bags and beach umbrellas) The only-site restaurant is great and the stuff were super helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Very minor, but we would have loved if lounge chairs were available on the beach. That being said, there was a lot of seating at the hotel and they provided large beach towels to use.

The hotel is so beautiful!! Right on the beach with an amazing restaurant/sitting area. The room was clean and comfortable. The beach was lovely and pretty quiet. Staff were great and helped us arrange transport. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a quiet beach town.

This place was wonderful. Great atmosphere. The staff were super friendly, the breakfast was very good with many options and the hotel had lots of shaded areas that you could sit and read or stare out at the amazing view. The beach was not crowded and is great for swimming. Perfect spot to enjoy a nice relaxing few days

Accomodation in the Most Beautiful Location! Had a few lovely days in Haven, the Beach is amazing, the Staff is so friendly and the Restaurant offers very delicious food. Would love to come again any time!

We wished we had spent a bit more to secure a seaview room with balcony/ terrace. But there were anyway nice public areas to sit out and enjoy the lovely view. It's a shame the village has not engaged in litter clearance in the way the Haven has: the other beach is terribly polluted with litter and debris. But that is no reflection on the Haven: it is super clean as is the beach where it is located.

Only really small things, nothing to put anyone off! like our room wasn’t serviced during our stay. It made no big deal to us though and I’m sure they would have done it for us if we asked. The egg coffees could do with a little improvement. It would be great if in the future they might think about adding hair conditioner to the shower products. Like I said, super minor things.

Such a great location, right on the beach front. The staff were so lovely and helpful, we felt so relaxed and safe. The room was big and clean and comfortable. The beach towels and bags were great to use and there’s a little library of books which was great. We had such a lovely stay! It’s a hidden gem and I’d highly recommended!! It’s really good value for money.
