Staff can only speak / understand minimal English. But we manage to communicate using Google Translate. Water pressure for the shower is rather weak. Shower head is worn out. The towels provided are full of smoky smell. Not sure it's cigarette smell or the smoke from the burning of crops behind the resort. The staff changed the towels immediately after our feedback, but still the towel smells the same.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast and spacious room. Worth the price. Quiet and serene resort surrounded by greeneries.

There was a smell of sewer on two separate nights in the bathroom. Faded pretty quickly so we didn’t bother to react.

It was clean and the location was great, near the beach but little distance from the noisy road. The staff was super friendly and free airport pick-up was nice.

Location was great, room b12 is right next to sewage tank so wasn't the nicest smell, we were offered a new room a day later so the service of the staff was very good. breakfast was fantastic.

Staff were exceptional. They were kind, helpful, very informative and helped us to plan our day around the island. Offered discounts for car hire. Spa was good, the prices are reasonable.

Very nice and quiet place, on a side street, but close to shops and restaurant. Resort personel reccomended to go to the beach at Aloha bar, which was close and with all facilities. The pool was clean and big enough to chill în the morning and evenings. Clean and confortabile rooms, very good breakfast. But most precious of all was resort personel. Min and Dana at the reception desk helped us with all information about trips, night market, always with a big smile and very enthusiastic. All hotel team, kitchen, cleaning, are very young, very active and doing an excellent job to make us feel pampered in our holliday.

I love all but need to improve the air conditioning, my room take time to cold

The hotel room was clean, nice & spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. Honestly i enjoyed staying here, love all everything here i mean the view, ambience soo beautiful. I also want to thank you to Min & Dana, so kind and treat me so well, welcoming us, patiently explain & recommend to me the best place in phu quoc. I feel safe staying here.

The room could use some more plants and or paintings on the wall. Now there was only the bed, table TV etc. but now decorations.

The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, with the swimming pool and palm trees next to it. The lodges from the outside look also great! And the staff was very friendly!

It is a side street off the main road, so it's not as close to the beach but still in good walking distance. The breakfast didn't look very appetising if you went close to the end.

Good breakfast and very friendly staff. The pool area was nice and calm too. We rented the scooters from the same street to explore the island and beaches - highly recommended approach as the traffic is manageable!
