The staff was wonderful, incredibly helpful setting up day trips and transportation. Room was clean and comfortable with a nice balcony to look out onto the street, and the hostel was nice and quiet at night.

Bathrooms could do with better lighting and aircon as it's hot to shower and then get dressed. The alarms on the doors are annoying and go off before you have a chance to close the door behind you.

Good sized rooms with plenty of space and large lockers to put bags. Good breakfast provided. Each bed had a curtain, electric point and light.

Loved everything about this place. Staff were lovely and so helpful. Breakfast was exceptional. Room was really spacious, bathroom was lovely with the nicest shower we've had in Vietnam, and the air con was excellent. Also the water refill station at reception was very handy. Would recommend this place to anyone staying on Hoi An.

The only thing that could be improved was that my laundry wasn’t dried properly before it was put in the bag.

- nice breakfast (variety of eggs, salad, tea, coffee, pancakes, bread, noodles, rice etc.) - good working AC - just by the old town - 5 minutes walking but not noisy - super friendly staff providing with some tips for the city - comfortable bed and pillows - drinks offer, pool table, books, board games - little store in the reception with some snacks, instant noodles, higenic products, - daily housekeeping, complimentary tea and coffee, good price mini bar (like in a store)

The storage space doesn't have a lock so you have to bring your own lock. They have one bathroom for one entire floor

Good hostel with hospitable staff. Comfortable dorm. They provide free breakfast. I had an early check-out so they offered to provide me a packed breakfast which was sweet. They rent out bicycles that you rent for 30000 dong for one day.

The dormitory on the lowest floor smells mould, but they let me change and I was happy with the new room.

Very social place, mostly for young people in their twenties, with cheap laundry and bicycles. The dormitory on the upper floor was very nice and comfy.

Water keeps alternating between piping hot and very cold. No remote for the AC in the room (you can ask for it and give back when done)

Everything. I enjoyed the free breakfast which was quite a spread. Located near the old town so its very convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and sheets/toilet were clean.

Location is a little walk from main bit

Apart from having to part a scrap between 2 men at 5am in the morning in the dorm, had a good time! Breakfast was AMAZING! Great value

everything was just perfect. breakfast was great. staff polite and helpfull. room with balcony spacious. we had a good sleep as it is in quiet neighborhood. also other guests from dorms were decent and didn't make any noise. we had early check-out and they made a breakfast box for us.
