We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaThe sunken bath (in one room) poses some risk getting in and out - just be careful and take it easy if you have mobility issues. Pool was odd shaped with it being deeper in the centre.
Good rooms. Great houskeeping. Eco-friendly with glass bottles for drinking water, bamboo toiletries etc. Usual Anantara amazing-ness. Striking distance to Old Town. Friendly staff who made an effort getting a cake organised for my mum's birthday. Thank you!

Excellent location, easy walk to the historic old town but shops /cafes just outside the hotel are worth a good look.The Hotel is an oasis of calm and competence. staff wonderful, rooms great ,loved the pool side area with cafe/bar. The food at both main restaurants was exceptional and good value for money.

The pictures don't do this place justice. It exceeded my expectations. The facilities were excellent. The room was a better in reality than in the pictures and the Riverside location of the resort being a short distance from the old town is ideal. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the breakfast was excellent. The pool is also fantastic.
