Delay time in receiving our room, after we already checked-in.

Staffs was friendly. Good aesthetics all around the resort to take photos. Nice breakfast buffet with lots of options from Western to Asian cuisines, plenty to choices. We loved the public pool and bar side. Room was clean and spacious.

There was no staff in the pool bar the whole time we stayed. We thought this was a bit of fake advertising as we loved the fact that there would be a pool bar at our hotel. (this was obviously just for looks) We also did get bleach stains on our laundry which wasn't the greatest, but the reception took the laundry bill off our full bill.

The location was stunning, staff were helpful and friendly.

The fruit selection at breakfast was a little disappointing, some bananas, mango or dragon fruit would have been nice.

From the moment we checked in we felt looked after and able to relax. The room was beautiful, lots of space, great view, comfy bed, and great amenities. The staff are all so helpful too, especially the breakfast team! Breakfast had a great selection of hot food, noodle soups and banh mi. We had dinner on the last night in the Ana Sand House- would highly recommend the clay pot fish!

No access to food or drinks at the pool until 11am., cant even get water or a coconut to drink by the pool until that time, very annoying on hot mornings. The lights in our room didn’t turn off. We were all in bed in our pyjamas and there was 2 maintenance workers in our bedroom trying to figure out the issue and fix the light switch so that we could turn the lights off and sleep. They were going to try to cover the light with plastic but they ended up getting it sorted. Also, no where to hang towels, our bathroom was huge but not even 1 towel hook or rack. There was a note in the room saying to hang towels on the wooden ladder in bathroom but our bathroom didn’t have one.

Loved the swimming pool, the room and bathroom were very spacious.

I were not informed about all the activities organized in the resort when I checked in. So we missed some nice events. Pity !!

It is really green, just like a little jungle. The breakfast is great and the room is spacious. My special thanks to the staffs at the KidClub - Trang and Hang. The KidClub itself is quite small, but the staffs really know to entertain the kids. My kids love this resort very much and they want to come back.

The lobby and elevator at block A are not clean. The chairs around the pools are a little bit dirty The WC at the pools is so terrible maybe at the weekend they are crowded and the staff is not in control.

Restaurant dinner menu and quality of cocktails could be improved. Not especially close to local restaurants/town.

Excellent customer service, including: professional manner, friendliness, and brilliant rapport and communication skills. With thanks especially to: - Susan (General Manager), who took a genuine interest in us. Her positive presence was especially noticeable compared to managers at other premium hotels in the same area. - Nhan (reception), whom we enjoyed speaking with. He brought a smile to our days. - Leo (reception), who was helpful in supporting us to retrieve items accidentally left at a nearby resort. - Kim (Nurse). - Kim (spa manager). Also: - brilliant breakfast, including quality of the food, drinks and service. - beautiful site. It was clear a lot of care, time and hard work was taken to create and maintain such beautiful scenery.

The resort is clean, well kept and well managed, both with attention to details. The resort is well thought out, especially the beach area, where one can find its peace of heaven on earth on the sandy beach, which is kept spotless clean and it's not crowded. The food was yummy, especialy the breakfast is a genuine 5 star experience. The staff is friendly, helpful and attentive, but never intrusive. Well worth of recommendation.

Sadly, the waves were too big to swim in the sea, so make sure to go in the right season if you want to swim (or during these months go very early between 5-7AM). However, you can always enjoy the wonderful pool area with the sea view.

All of the staff is incredibly kind and respectful. The manager is beyond generous and went out of her way to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We especially liked the spa massage, which was by far the best massage I've received even compared to other spas at 5 star resorts. Our personal highlight was the private dinner at our pool villa, which is an extra service you can book. It was a birthday surprise for me and was truly an amazing experience which Ana Mandara hosted expertly.

Location. It is quite far away from the city. If you want to stay in the resort and relax, then it’s no problem.

Staffs, especially receptionists are very friendly and helpful. And I like the room too.

Room A510 during my stay didn’t provide the razor. Upon check out, we asked the receptionist about lacking of razor and the receptionist said that razor is upon request for room category in the building. For the villa, the housekeeping will put the razor in advance. This is one kind of differebtitated treating.

Kids in pool made it super noisy. Not enough beds for everyone. Families would reserve beds by putting their things on it and then proceed to go to the beach/do other things. Staff could have spoken better English and been more attentive, a few mistakes happened due to a language barrier.
