Curtains on window don’t close, they are sheer and I’m sure the neighbors can see in! Old sheets.

Breakfast was good: eggs, fresh fruit, good coffee, yogurt, etc. Pool was nice, heated. Staff friendly and helpful. Construction noise starts at 7am, music downstairs stopped abt 9-10pm. Very tolerable noise levels. Wi-if worked well. The room was basic, had a refrigerator, bed decent. Really all I needed.

The fact that there was a construction site right next to our window and they started working quite loudly early in the morning

Have been trying to receive the receipt for my stay since it is required by my employer and has been impossible. Very poor customer support. Unfortunately, they waited until after I paid to tell me that it would be mailed, but so far has not been true and responses from the staff are non existent.

The entire bathroom floor gets wet when you take a shower as there are no shower curtains. Extra care should be observed in dealing with slippery floors.

The facilities' cleanliness is maintained so well. And the hotel staff were so accommodating and friendly. The value for money is reasonable.

We were asked to pay to enter the room before check-in time, even if it was empty... I know.. but some hotels allow it.. Breakfast is very poor, but the condition of the room is unacceptable.. it does not deserve to be called hotel.. we were in hostels with better service and quality, please improve

The bedsheets was with hair, there was no hairdryer in the bathroom, then the walls, ceiling, and furniture were all falling apart. The pool had green fungus; it was disgusting. They had a dog in the kitchen area where they would prepare breakfast. The playground was broken. The photos shown on booking.com have nothing to do with reality. Be aware when booking this property.

The only thing they had was a friendly a staff and a microwave in which you can heat up your food.

The property needs deep maintenance. Initially they assigned a room to us where the TV doesn't work because the convert box has been removed. When I mentioned it, they move us to an inferior room where: The refrigerator was not connected because their plug type was different than the wall outlet type. When I mentioned this situation, they change the refrigerator that apparently works but, in the morning, I discovered that my beverages were not cold. In that moment I discovered that some of the wall outlets doesn't have power. Also, the air conditioner has the diffusor broken and water drops from it permanently. Some closet's hinges are broken. But the worst is a bud smell that coming from the restroom sink due to the absence of the sink elbow. Please use some of the profit you got from the expensive rate you charge to do a deep maintenance of the rooms.!!

Pool, location and bredfast -in decrescent order- are the only remarkable items of this hotel. Pool, despite the near yaccusi was not operational Location is near everything in Punta del Este and Maldonado. Bredfast is OK despite the dining room is not.

The room itself is small, old. The worst part was the bathroom though - no curtain or anything to protect the bathtub from the water and mold all over the ceiling. Very unhealthy and disgusting to be in the bathroom.

we had an office outside our door. the double bed was two beds together and both of them with some bed legs broken, so we had both bed crooked.

Not sure what the rooms are like on floor 1 and above, but the rooms (10, 6 and 4) on the ground level are horrendous. Was originally given room 10, but asked to be moved as the stench of humidity and chlorine were too much for me. As a result, I saw rooms 6 and 4, and remained in the latter. The issue of humidity persisted in room 4, as if there's (been) a water leak at some point.. The wallpaper rubs off white colour when you touch it. Furniture is in a miserable condition: terrace chairs about to fall apart; the legs of the bed literally came off after lying in bed; open the cupboard and there's a gigantic hole with cables dangling out from it inside; towels no longer have seams, so as soon you pulll just a little, they tear apart; the bed, a sinkhole, which made for the worst sleep on this trip! The rooms were not even clean properly, especially not the bathrooms.. looking too close revealed more dirt than I felt comfortable with. And then there's the insect party: dozens of sowbugs make their way into the room at night, so best not to turn the light on. What's more, no internet in the rooms inspite of the router in front of room no 4. WiFi only works in the (uncomfortable) lobby. The hotel certainly isn't the most expensive one (50 USD/night) but this was an absolute mess.

The (evening) staff are lovely, super friendly, kind and very accommodating. Breakfast was OK to get the day started, though very limited and basically consists only of bread.
