The bed and couch bed were not very comfy. No night table for the bed so can't keep any water by your bed or anything. A pretty long drive from Zion but would be nice to just hang out at the resort.

Very friendly staff. Nice pool. (Limited hours though, 10a-10p.) Cabin was pretty spacious. Grounds were pretty.

    • Conestoga Wagon
    • Stayed 2 nights

The only thing I can think off is the wagon at night was freezing and the only blanket on the beds was a thin bedspread which was definitely not warm enough. They do have gas heaters in the wagons but it then made it too stuffy. A quilt would have made it much more cosy.

The wagons were awesome and not too far to the toilets. It was a great location for Zion National Park and there were some very friendly cute hosts just roaming around. Our stay was very pleasant, we enjoyed it.

    • Cowboy Cabin (No Bathroom)

Cowboy cabin is difficult to deal with heat due to no air conditioning (just don't do cowboy cabin when temps are above 90 degrees. Otherwise, it could be too hot to sleep). And also no bathroom or refrigerator in Cowboy Cabin. If those are a must, you should upgrade to a luxury cabin or vacation home option. Shower house is a bit run down, but it is doable if you can rough it for a few days.

The pool area is wonderful, and so is the availability of fun activities (horseback riding, jeep tours, feeding goats). The places to eat at the resort have good food options and taste good. Staff was always super helpful and friendly, especially towards my LGTBQ+ family.

The location and cool idea of a Wagon to stay in.

Bathrooms needed cleaning and there were never paper towels in the bathroom. There were dirty paper towels overflowing the trash cans.

Great location with easy access to Zion NP.

The quiet hours are only useful if they are enforced. We had a loud group of young males in a nearby cabin, and our sleep suffered as a consequence.

A return visit, 10 years after our first stay here. Much more developed, but still a convenient location for Zion NP that has not become as busy as the park itself.

I knew the room and bathrooms would be separated and I was perfectly fine with the walk in between. The bathrooms were just fine and perfectly clean. The showers really needed some cleaning!! Despite this one flaw, the property and my stay was still amazing.

Great place to stay! Absolutely enjoyed the peace and quiet. Many things to do on the property (pay for and free) if you wish. Zion NP is 25 minute drive from the property. Hiking trails leading to Zion also. Free breakfast was good. Lunch and dinner were great as well. Staff were amazing and knowledgeable. Bed and room (stayed in Conestoga wagon) were clean and comfortable. Room had adequate heating but if weather was colder than than 35 degrees it would have been hard to keep warm but we were comfortable with multiple blankets and the heaters. It was truly the perfect place to be!

We found the wagon pretty cramped and it was only set up to sleep in. We’d stayed in other wagons on our route which had a table and chairs instead of the second set of bunks which made for a more comfortable stay. The shower and WC block was a way from the wagons which at night was hard to navigate. The showers weren’t very clean and quite tatty with torn shower curtains.

The wagons are really sweet with a fairly private feel to the space around them. Inside the beds are comfortable and plenty of towels are provided. A good breakfast buffet is included in the main lodge. The swimming pool and hot tubs are open till 10pm so are really nice to use once the kids clear out. At night it’s really really dark and the stars are just incredible here.

Food options aren't good and it's quite remote, so besides Observation Point it's not the most convenient place to explore Zion.

Went with my 13 year old son who loved the site and everything about it.

We were so busy, we didn’t get to use a lot of amenities on the property. One water slide didn’t have water going down but I’m unsure if that because of time of year. Either way e had a great time.

We stayed in a wagon and my kids LOVED it. Such a unique experience. All staff were friendly and willing to help/answer any questions. Would definitely recommend.

We loved everything but if i am going to be picky I would say having a few more breakfast and dinner options would have been nice- maybe pancakes or waffles, a pasta dish. Food was good, though. The restaurant was newly opened so hopefully more options to come in the future

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The shared bathroom and showers were exceptionally clean. Our glamping tent was clean and comfortable. The tent fan was appreciated with 100F temps.
