the host made it very easy and texted me the code before I arrived so it was easy to get in. Plenty of parking and easy to unload my luggage as well. The apartment is very well done, spacious and the location gives one walking access to loads of restaurants and shops off Colorado St. The kitchen had everything I needed to make my meals and the entire place was very clean. I also appreciated the use of Netflix during my stay. The host was super responsive and easy to work with so I would happily stay here again.

The only thing I didn't like was the cleaning fee of $50. and taxes which almost doubled the price on the website. Full disclose on the front page when you're browsing locations would be preferable! Marriott does that on their app. Bottom line price is what you see.

It was a great place and conveniently located to the Garden of the Gods and old Colorado Springs downtown.

Window coverings let in a lot of light and are dated/mismatched. Sofa is older and starting to show its age making it hard to get in and out of. Detail cleaning should have found the missing sock between the nightstand and wall, but the unit was very clean everywhere else.

The location was perfect for our Quilt Shop Hop getaway and the table was awesome to get a little sewing done as well. The lighting in the living room/kitchen has been upgraded from the photos and is wonderful. Having a washer and dryer was great to go home with clean clothes!

It’s a little bit tired.

It was clean, comfortable and had everything facility wise we needed. Having breakfast and dinner outside was lovely for us as we’ve been travelling for over a week and mainly staying in hotel rooms. Having a washer drier was fab for us, as we are travelling light. The owner is great with communication too.

I think the winter storm prevented the level of cleaning they usually have done from occurring, such that there were hairs (seemingly human and pet) on some of the otherwise seemingly clean linens and things. Since we had access to laundry, if it had bothered us, we could have tossed them in the wash.

The charming character of the spacious home and its location in a cozy neighborhood that was still convenient to everything in the city were perfect for our unexpectedly tumultuous adventure. There was a massive winter storm, and we had driven all day and night to arrive in almost two feet of snow around 1:30 a.m. local time and let ourselves in using the code before collapsing into bed. Mila is a wonderful host, and when an issue with the shower arose the next day (a total fluke -- the "crystal" ball-style shower handle broke off in one of our hands when we turned on the otherwise good shower), she and her equally friendly adult son were immediately responsive to text and carefully made their journey through the accumulated snow (which had closed several roads and highways) to come and fix the problem, having promised to give us an adjacent home on the property if they couldn't fix it, AND giving us our choice of late checkout or an extra night's stay FREE for our (very minimal, honestly) troubles. Then they cleared the driveway of snow and made sure we would have access to the adjacent home in case of any storm-related impacts. Top notch care for guests. I would 100% recommend Mila and her properties.

I liked the warmth of the house and all the kitchen supplies. The living room was great. Bathroom was great. Big King size bed in bedroom. Only downside was that there was three of us. One had to sleep on the couch. I assumed there was a bed to pull out of couch, but nope. Besides that I recommend and would stay there again. It's a beautiful area and close to everything.

The apartment was pretty dark as there are only windows to one side and the lights. All tiles, walls and furniture are in dark brown colors. The bathroom is pretty gloomy as well, and the light switch in the bed room does nothing. Some of the furniture and kitchen dishes/pots/pans are pretty old and/or old-fashioned.

The place was very spacious, clean, and in a good location. The kitchen was fully equipped and there was also a laundry machine and dryer. There are stores, restaurants and bars in walking distance and also a bus connection. We received directions and the code for the door in advance and found it easy to find.

We had an emergency at home and had to leave several days early. I guess if you could say, still needing to pay for the entire stay when we weren’t there would be the only thing we didn’t like. That and since we had to leave, we didn’t get to experience more of Colorado. We also understand that this property is a business income. I am not mad about still paying for the entire stay. I would do it again if I needed to be home instead of on vacation

Cramped in bedroom with useless furniture for the travelers. Granted they gave storage to homeowners but were of no use for us. Just in the way. In my opinion.
