Bar and restaurant is weak. Esp, in a place like this, there should be a real bar with coctails etc. Not only the management of the bar but the decoration etc its more like a regular hotel lobby rather than a bar/social area.

I was supposed to have 2 queen beds. My girlfriend didn't have much to.sleep.on the fold out bed. But the view was amazing. The parking is rough and disorganized. It took 40 minutes to figure out parking and do it. Almost late for our reservation.

nice suite plenty of room for 4, it has everything you could need for cooking washing clothes etc, the pool area and gym are great. it was perfect for attending a heat game at kaseya arena

I didn’t like the self check in , there seem to be a lot of confusion a the desk person still had to assist each and every person. The staff ran out of bedding sheets and covers , my youngest peed the bed and I requested covers only for them to ignore the request . I had to go to the desk at 10pm To find out they were not available but they could have just communicated this so I could wash her ones we had. Not a big deal but just communicate to your visitors .

When we made the reservation the room looked more comfortable, the atmosphere then when we arrived it was a whole living room and the beds were folded into a piece of furniture on the wall, it was a surprise. I chose it more for the location since it was very close to the place where the wedding to which we had been invited would take place. The concept of a folding bed is very practical to make space, the furniture looks good and modern, but it is not entirely friendly, it was not for my family, when you get out of bed it remains a little raised and then when you go to Sitting down makes a loud noise as if they had sat down with a lot of force and that is not the case, the bed is not comfortable, perhaps for young people, one wants to see the bed well made up every day like in other hotels and in this place it is not possible. We also did not have cleaning service on the day we needed it, and more towels were needed in the room.

The kitchen is well equipped if you want to bring food to the room, the fridge is a good size better than usual, the location is very good, the hotel has a good gym, and a heated pool, the reception staff are very friendly.

Washing detergent for the washing machine wasn't provided, kitchen had no kettle, the parking was expensive, there were never any pool towels. We had to ask for them at the bar every time we swam.

The kitchen and laundry facilities. The view from the room was amazing. The towels and linen were good quality. The murphy bed allowed families of 4 to stay comfortably. Was in walking distance to shops and eateries.

Good location near the park and the water and close to all the downtown bustle. It was a 30-minute bike ride to Miami Beach. The appartement was clean and spacious.

We were only provided with 1 toilet roll for our 5 day stay. I'm sure they would of given us more if we requested, just thought it was odd there wasn't any there. The safe was quite hard to access if you have the sofa bed down to use as a bed.

The whole stay was great. All members of staff that we dealt with were very friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. The location was perfect for what we needed. We stayed in a studio PAD and it was spacious and very clean. Would definitely recommend.

I have a Director Level background in 4 dio.and hospitality...... We stayed 3 nights, all at what appeared aa rack rate. Poor communication response in advance of arrival. Need a shuttle. I understand your previous shuttle contract was unreliable. So....keep looking. Your Ops Manager (I think) met us in the hall twice,, he never greeted us. My Director history, Fairmont and InterContinental
