Property has limited parking lot so you may end up parking along the street. Laundry is shared with housekeeping so washing machine may not be available when you need it.

Yellowstone Gateway Inn two bedroom suite is clean and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped including wares and utensils. The proximity of the grocery store( Gardiner Market), The Corral restaurant, and St William Church was a plus.

We do wish they had a kitchen on site where we could warm up food.

The location is just outside the Yellowstone gate and writhing easy walking distance to food, shops and activities.

The dining table is broken, the top is coming off the leg, so we had to be careful not to lean on it, and we spilled our drinks a couple of times because of that. the sofa bed could be more comfortable. You can feel the bar in the middle of your back. Also the mattresses in the beds were too soft for me, but I realize that is subjective. the maid who made the beds didn't do the fitted sheets right, and the corners were nowhere near the corners, but rather in the middle of the mattress. I remade my bed from scratch. these are small annoyances, but they add up and become more aggravating. But, they can be easy to fix and then i would have given a perfect score. with this said, I would stay again.

the parking was good, the location great, the overall comfort good, and we were given extra bathroom towels and amenities. Carrie (the receptionist/owner?) was very friendly and efficient. The cabin was very quiet, with great views from the living room window. The place is large and comfortable for 6 people playing games (only three of us stayed the night)

Great place to stay 3 minutes from Yellowstone's North entrance. Plenty of wildlife in front of the door, the kids were delighted to see deers, elks and rabbits just outside the door.

    Parking was a little tight.

The motel was clean and decorated well. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room in the suite, was almost like a little apartment. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. It was quaint with a good view, close to restaurants. Staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Room was quiet.

This king studio suite was so nice! The room was great. It had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable! The most amazing thing was the location. The room is right on the river. We sat out on the deck for quite a while watching the deer climbing the hills across the river, and the geese fly in and out. So relaxing!

The office is open limited hours. We arrived before check-in time but the clerk was kind enough to check me in. She was struggling with the paperwork and stated that she would get my copies to me later on. I never received those copies. She just didn't seem to know what she was doing but I believe she said she was new. Locals live right behind the hotel and seemed to walk through a lot which was a bit unnerving at night. The hotel is not on the main drag where the sign is. You must drive past it, turn down a side road and then drive a block back to the hotel. Not a problem...just something to be aware of.

The room was actually two rooms plus a full kitchen and dining area. Each bedroom area had a big screen TV and the main bedroom also had a desk area. I loved the decor...photos from Yellowstone! The parking area is a bit tight and you cannot park right in front of some rooms, but everything is close together so that is not a problem for loading/unloading your car. Everything in the room worked great, as well as the internet. Great hot water and shower pressure. The hotel is pet friendly but be very cautious when taking your dog out as the elk seem to hang out at the hotel and surrounding property. While loading my car in the morning up to see two elk looking at me from about 3 feet away. We only stayed one night, but this would be a place I would gladly stay in again, and for a longer period of time.

Furniture dated and mismatched which is not exactly a dislike it’s just that the kitchen and other appeared freshly remodeled.

Very well maintained grounds and room. Kitchen and bathroom were spotless. Bedroom spacious and very comfortable.
