Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaGive some variety in the buffet. One day of pancakes or waffles would be nice! Hot tub was not very clean/ waiting on a part. Could use more hooks, with all jackets, backpacks, helmets and hats it would be great to have a large coat hanging rack by the door( not in the closet)
Location of the hotel was great! Just by the bus stop and 1 stop away from the mountain base. Suite was large enough for a family of 4 ( 1 teenager) , need to have more family rooms! Breakfast was fine

United States of AmericaIt’s dated, we got lost many times even though it’s not that big it’s just confusing
It’s close to many amenities including a supermarket right next door

United States of AmericaParking was a bit challenging due to the construction next door - it was taking up some of the parking. The coffee at the little coffee shop was not good (at least the espresso drinks weren't). We were by the pool so it was a little loud occasionally, but was totally quiet by 10 pm.
Nice room and beds. Loved the balcony outside for fresh air. Close to trails. Quiet location. Great coffee within walking distance (to the north). We ask for some blankets and they arrived quickly. Front desk staff were good.

Nice property. When I checked in they gave me warm cookies and they had appetizers in the lobby. Room was spacious and had a frig. You can walk to some restaurants or cross the street and take a shuttle to Main Street.

Netherlandsshocked that their restaurant wasnt open for lunch, only small concession snack stand. restaurant only opened at 4 (after breakfast) so i feel they too missed huge oppps for business witb sundance people normally wanting biz lunches, meetings etc early afternoon. Worse, no room service ability for the otherwise lovely restaurant. On biz trips of this calibre/expense, normally would want funcitoning lunch restaurant and/or room service (at higher charge of course but still available). One constructive suggestion: good if the restaurant (breakfast) would serve cappucino/espresso not just drip coffee (for a charge is fine, just make it available). It was available int he concession stand outside so i wondered about that.
front desk, angie etc helpful. great rooms/bed, clean, location especially for sundance (near two cinemas and a shopping mart)and busstops. good breakfast, swimming pool outdoors (heated, still cool but ethereal/lovely to swim with steam rising) and great hot tub outdoors (warm and ethereal/relaxing). good gym. Safe environment, felt secure as woman travelling alone.

AustriaThe reception area was lacking heat, with continuously opening sliding doors. They needed a heated air curtain to keep cold out. Bar is also cold and restaurant. By fixing this issue, would lift the hotel to the next level and generate more income.
Location, to ski fields and restaurants

United States of Americabreakfast was way overpriced for the very limited buffet. no oatmeal or bagels a real disappointment! we were told bagels were frozen and couldn’t be thawed for us, and having a hard time getting oats for the oatmeal when there was plenty of oatmeal at the grocery store 50 yards away from the property. Also, no one followed through to help activate my electronic key when the front desk folks said they would take care of that.
great location, enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

United States of AmericaThe buffet breakfast we paid to include was not good at all. In hind site we probably should have taken the credit ($12.00 ea) and applied it to something cooked fresh. At time of booking we paid ($16.95) ea. to include a breakfast.

United States of AmericaOur room smelled like feet. It smelled like walking into a Chucke Cheese. We had to open the window to air it out every time we returned to our room. Also, it took 5 minutes of running the water for it to get hot. All of which I brought to the managers attention. We were in room 191.
Location is great. Right next to a grocery store. It's close enough to downtown Park City you can walk. The housekeeping staff was accommodating.
