Only the fact that even though we stayed multiple days towels could have been brought to the room daily wether or not they were called for.

The description of the room did not disappoint. The view was amazing. Even though the room that was originally purchased would have obviously been the preferred choice we were accommodated accordingly.

We did not like as soon as we check in… we was tired and wore out and wanted to get our stuff out of the car to bring up to the room after about 12 hours of driving… we check in then we were pressured with this time share dream share what ever you call it… and I told the guy we are tired we want to get to our room then he wanted our credit card number I said no he said to me what is your problem I said I’m tire and I’m not giving out my credit card number he kept pushing me into meetings I said no…. Look I booked under Booking.com I payed for a 3 night 4 day stay in March of this year paid in full for a no refund… there’s nothing on there saying anything about going to meetings ect … I never had this problem before when Booking … we go to Panama City every year … we pay for our bookings at different Hotels and you all the first one that made me mad when checking in … the place is nice but we probably won’t be staying there again … we don’t like to be hassled into something we paid for quite a few months ago… but other wise then that it was nice 👍

Garage was across the street. Had to go up an elevator to get to the walkway to cross the street, go down an elevator to the 1st floor, then up another elevator to get to the floor our room was on.

We wish the pool was bigger or at least had some kind of adult times worked out. Too many ppl not enough pool. The rowdiness of the kids at times is a little much when you want to relax by the pool at the end of the day. We didn't expect screaming kids and nonstop side diving into the pool even though the pool rules says not do that. Maybe someone enforcing the rules would help?

We love the location. Wyndham is central to everything and anything you'd want to do or need. Walmart, local restaurants and activities like Pier Park and not to forget the gorgeous beach! The hotel has a very nice walkout to the beach and all rooms have oceanfront views! Comfortable beds and well furnished left us with nothing to do but enjoy our time.

The resort is poorly laid out. You have to take three different elevators to get a luggage cart from your car to your room. Two of the pools are across the street by the parking garage. And while the lobby was clean, the elevators were not. They also had pits in the flooring, which is kind of dangerous. We stayed at the Club Wyndham Ocean Walk in Daytona Beach last year and the place was immaculate. I rode elevators with people wiping them down on a daily basis. We chose Club Wyndham again because of the great experience we had in Daytona. I cannot say this was bad, but it was not nearly the level we experienced in Daytona. I never saw anyone clean anything in the public areas. (I will say that our room layout was much better in PCB than Daytona. It had that going for it.) It was also very noisy. The room doors are feet from the street. You get a lot of street noise.

They wanted us to go to a sales presentation - I'd rather be loyal to Booking.com. They kicked you out of the nicely heated pool right at 10pm.

The view was AWESOME! The apartment was HUGE! The kitchen was AMAZING! The VALUE was INCREDIBLE!

The only bathroom was in the master bedroom. There is a long walk from check in and up and down escalators to get to Wyndham's room. This could be challenging for those with mobility issues. The elevator flooring was torn up. Perhaps they were planning to replace them, but they could have covered the floor with carpet/rugs until renovation time.

I came in the off season, so some of the outside eateries, bars were closed. Also, the sky bar restaurant was closed. They need to replace the rubber under the entrance door, little critters and day light view.

The condo was nicely spacious, overall it was great.

We did not like nor appreciate how when we wanted to go out onto our balcony to enjoy the sunrise and sunset, the smell of marijuana strongly on our balcony. We could not pinpoint where it was coming from and we called the front desk multiple times throughout our stay to report it.

We loved that the pool was cleaned every morning. There was no trash at all on the property or on the beach access. We love how clean the studio room and bathrooms throughout the resort were. There is not enough good things to say about this stay!
