No Food plans

Location was great and room was nice but no balcony. Staff was very friendly and helped whenever asked. No amenities including restaurant and we were not aware of any meal plans including breakfast.

Room was dark as in not much natural light due to being located in a room that was in the back.

Room was plenty big enough for my daughter and I who were in town for a hiking vacation. I was delighted that there was a kitchenette. Location was good and staff very friendly.

door fell off it's rails when we opened by the washer and dry; other occupants parked large truck, trailer and 4 runner taking up at least 5-6 spots for 1.5 days; water bottle refill was out of order but used water tank in exercise room

no breakfast at this location; grounds and views were beautiful; pool and hot tub very inviting; loved the herb garden and quails; very easy access to grocery store

Elevators for guests being upstairs would be extremely helpful and a coffee table in front of the sofa would be a big help as well. But these are just minor details…

Our spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo was well appointed, clean, and relaxing. Having beds for 6 people (not just a pull out couch) made this a very comfortable choice for our family. The in-unit laundry was also a big plus! It was also in a great West Sedona location, close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The pool area was nice and had plenty of lounges and tables for guests. The staff was friendly and helpful at check-in. We saved a lot by cooking meals in our condo!

Nothing, everything was perfect

The front desk staff, Alex, was absolutely amazing….so sweet, kind and helpful. The property was so clean and our unit was beautiful and perfect.

The staff later was just OK. I did not feel valued so much when I came back intio the office. I asked about extending the stay but it was confusing, and turned out to be more expensive. Also, they were not able to let me know if I could remain in my current room or not. it is a policy sort of made since but was not helpful for making a decision. Ultimately, I ended up going to a different hotel to extend my stay.

The location was nice. The staff at my check in was exceptional, happy and kind. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable

Our outside balcony was next to a home improvement center and all day long all we heard was heavy equipment & forklifts moving lumber, etc around.

Property was very nice. Loved the two bedrooms and separate bathrooms with nice size kitchen and all amenities. Surrounded by Sedona red rock was very nice.

The bathroom needs updated. The jets in the tub did not work. The toilet is so small and old and the shower head is small with little pressure. The sliding glass door was extremely hard to open.

Great Location. Quite. Clean. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Nice to have washer and dryer. Pool was clean and not too busy. Great staff. Overall a great place to stay.

Location was in West Sedona and there are some wonderful restaurants in this area. Great views of the Red Rocks. Easy entry and exit to the property.

Nothing- loved it all

I love the location, staff, and room! Perfect for a family of 4 (got a 2 bedroom). Grocery store across the street which was great. Pool was clean!

This hotel is nicely located near trails and restaurants. It was clean and came fully equipped. The in room washer and dryer was a plus! The swimming pool was clean and not over treated so it did not burn your eyes like other hotel pools. During check in my son received a scavenger hunt sheet and loves that he could pick out of a treasure box when he finished.

Better pillows. I like that they weren’t down, but they were lumpy, bumpy. Also, the bathroom was so small for two people. Very little room for stuff. Nice enough place, but a little long in the tooth.

The staff was fairy friendly and accommodating. The pool was nice and inviting. The exterior of the property was appealing.
