Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Very friendly people at the reception. The room was huge, with living room, bedroom and large kitchen. Even a washing machine / dryer were present, including detergent. Large pools outside. Very good bed. Parking close to the elevators.

United KingdomBeware of the 'free gift' on arrival, when you are welcomed. We were not advised until after we had agreed to accept the gift and after going through all the amazing offers (and it was a very offhand comment) that you must attend a 2 hour + presentation and sales pitch to buy into shared ownership in order to obtain this 'free' gift (it was never once mentioned that it was conditional). They advised they do not pressure you into buying but the manager definitely did. Was also advised it would be 90min max (or less) but it went well over 2 hours. Can't fault the estate agent Melissa, she was lovely. Her manager was quite rude and overbearing making us feel really uncomfortable and making it seem like Melissa couldn't do her job properly when in fact she was making us feel comfortable. Other than that, no problems whatsoever. If you can sit through 2 hours of them trying to sell you a share by bribing you with a good gift then be prepared!
Great place just off the strip. We were looking for something a bit quieter but still very close to everything and this checked every box. Within walking distance or they provided a free shuttle. Suites were massive and had everything you need including a washer & dryer (to use for free!) and dishwasher in the kitchenette. A lot of storage space around the suite too. Great choice of pools if you wanted something quieter or busier. Would definitely stay again

United KingdomAfter checking in with the receptionist we were sent over to another desk to collect our bands that would allow access to the free shuttle to the strip. The guy on this desk kept us there for ages, he tried desperately to get us to agree to attending a meeting the following morning and I had just driven nearly 7 hours to get there and was exhausted and also desperate for the toilet which he rudely ignored. He tried to make us feel guilty when we refused, as we only had one full day there and wanted to make the most of it, not wasting time in a meeting (where I believe they try and sell time-shares). We were prepared for this beforehand thanks to previous reviews.
The room was lovely, spacious and clean. The swimming pool areas were nice and there was a pool bar which was good. The hotel in general seemed clean and tidy throughout. All the staff were friendly and welcoming.
