Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesGood location. About 1/2 mile from the strip. The property has a shuttle bus that leaves you and picks you up about every hour. Very convenient. Brutal walk in the sun. The place is very clean and comfortable and the staff super helpful.

United StatesNot many things I didn’t like about this resort. The main one was just that I wish the adult pool was 24 hour. There is a 24 hour pool by tower 3 but during my last night there it was closed for a lighting issue.
Great view of the sphere. I did request a higher floor with a city view and my room was right off the elevator on the 8th floor of tower 2. I highly enjoyed the ease of staying in tower 2 and the location for me was perfect. Close to the airport and the strip.

SwitzerlandLike most hotels in Las Vegas, the lobby of this hotel is always crowded. The check-out time is 10 a.m., which is quite early, especially considering the vibrant nightlife in Las Vegas. The location of the hotel is close to the airport but far from the city attraction and you have to take taxi to go everywhere (Las Vegas does not have a good public transportation).
The hotel has a lot of facilities in the rooms and the size of the room was big. I liked the view of my room. The staff are nice and kind.

United StatesMy only complaint would be the music piped loudly to the whole pool area, so a quiet spot to read or visit would be hard to find. Even if the selection of tunes had been more for our age group, I would have thought it too loud, but that's the way it is today in restaurants and most other public places, too.
Though we are a retired couple who stayed at the resort because visiting Australian cousins chose it, we liked Wyndham Grand Desert very much. Our one-bedroom apartment was clean, spacious, and well appointed with a 10-cup coffee maker, basic dishes for four, a few pots and pans, a television in each room, and good wi-fi. The central courtyard with two pools is beautifully landscaped and immaculately kept, with many areas to lounge and visit, play ping pong, etc. Because the apartments are geared for self-catering, there is no restaurant, but the Oasis Cafe has a varied and reasonably-priced menu and we enjoyed what we bought there. The calendar of events for children reminded me of what is offered on cruises – movies, games, etc., – which sounded like fun. The resort shuttle runs hourly to the Strip and also takes guests to Walmart several mornings a week for groceries.

AustraliaThe upsell and the time the spend when you first arrive tired from travelling and they keep you for 4 hours (in our case) trying to sell you time-share. This I DID NOT LOVE! Look, it's easy to say you can just walk away and I know what to do next time.. Bit when you tired..
Everything and more at your fingertips!

Fabulous stay, the guys at the resort couldn't do enough for us. Super rooms with all the comforts of home and cool view of the strip. The free shuttle to the strip is very handy too it runs from 9am to 9.30pm or it's a 10-minute walk straight to the top of the road where you'll walk onto the strip at the Prada store.
