It was close to San Antonio But far enough out to get a better price hotel. It had a kitchenette but we had to supply our own kitchen stuff or pay a 32.00 fee for a kitchen kit

Room could have used a few more amenities-Kleenex/tissues, paper towels, coffee mug(s), hand towels and liquid hand soap dispensers at sinks! Finally, external garbage was overflowing and nasty needed to be emptied and/or cleaned up.

Courteous, professional yet casual staff; made me feel very welcome. Price was exceptional; I’ll not complain, just caught me unaware and next time I will be better prepared. Room was very clean and comfortable; not cozy, I did not need to use gym or laundry but appreciated their presence and cleanliness.

People in top of our room was loud af in the middle of the night like if they had party i had ask my room in the top floor n i got 2nd floor the reason that i had a meeting in the morning and i couldnt sleep for the same reason :(

A littler under staffed but they made up for it in kindness and cleanliness

It was disgusting and filthy. The sheets on the beds smelled old and musty. You could see the dirt on them. I don’t think they change sheets in between customers. The manager states she makes sure they are changed in between customers but she was not on the property for seven days. She didn’t return my calls and when she FINALLY did she told me she had two properties to run and was too busy to return my calls

The bed, the aroma

The location was great, but the room itself stunk like wet dog. The smell lingered in the halls as well. Also the bed was uncomfortable.

I killed three roaches while I was there. One in the bathroom my 1st night then on day 3 killed another one in the bathroom. On the last night killed another roach crawling on the wall behind the television. Walls are thin. I heard the person next door snoring loudly. The room above me heard loud walking until 12am to 4am. Just pacing back and forth. Of course couldn't complain to no one because the front desk closes at 10pm. Okay for the money but probably won't stay again.

Room looked fairly clean. Bed was okay, not particularly comfortable but not uncomfortable. Coffee was very good.

The hotel would not honor a confirmed reservation, the most basic expectation in the hotel business. Terrible customer service at the front desk. Incapable of answering simple questions about charges, rates, amounts.

My only complaint is that I could not sleep at all. The fire alarm to the building was set off numerous times (each one being a false alarm) from 11:30pm and 7:30am. If I remember correctly it was about 6 different occurrences, it took about 5-10minutes each time to have it deactivated. And by the time they got it off the fire dept was pulling in with their sirens. If it wasn't for this happening consistently throughout the night it would be a perfect score

The room, the bed, and everything was extremely clean and very comfortable, especially for the price. The front desk man during the night was awesome, energetic and very charismatic.

No coffee in the room, no hairdryer in the room, beds are on cot frames, elevator worked on and off. I do not recommend this for a family.

This is not a hotel. It is an extended stay that people live in. Pillows were soft., AC worked well
