The carpet needs to be cleaned especially the hall ways. I didn’t like the fruity water it tasted like cucumbers something I don’t eat.

Had a handicap accessible room that flooded every time the shower was turned on, hence the room smelled of mold and mildew. We had to use and dispose of our own personal towels to dry the floor/carpet Couldn't access the fridge because it was lodged in the cabinet it was stored in The television only had 3 non news stations out of 9 channels total Asked for fresh towels and it took over 3hrs

I didn't like the fact that they lied about my deposit. They said $200.00 wouycove deposit for both rooms!! NOT TRUE!! IT WAS $250.00 PER ROOM I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE I EVEN CALLED AND THE MAN SAID $200.00 WOULD COVER VITH ROOMS! I LOOKED AT MY BANK STATEMENT AND IT WAS NOT ONLY $200.00 BUT IT WAS $250. 00 PER ROOM VERY UNPLEASED!! Not only that! I got a 11:30 late check out when check out is 11:00. They only give more time to certain customers. SO NOT COOL AT ALL!! THE ELEVATOR SEEM TO CRASH AT ANYTIME!!!

No late check out. Hallways and doors are filthy. Bathroom shower could use a better scrubbing. Towels weren’t replaced as requested. No fan vents in bathroom.

Rooms were decent. Bed was comfortable. Nice complementary bath items. Breakfast was okay. Overall stay was okay. I’ve experienced better but I’ve also seen worst. So nice place for quick trip. Lots of shopping, restaurants and entertainment within a mile.

When I got there, they were overbooked so they told me they didn’t have a room available for me even though I booked it through booking I ended up taking a dirty room that was out of service because I had no other choice

I tried to call the hotel to let them know we were going to be a late arrival. We had to drive up from Florida as a relative was rushed to the hospital close by. We got to the hotel around 8 pm. We had to wait almost an hour for someone to show up at the front desk. There was a gentleman in the lobby who said the staff should be back soon. Just as I was trying to book a room at another hotel, the staff came back to the front desk. We got checked in and went up to our room. Neither of the two keys worked. We went back down hoping the staff was still there. He rekeyed the cards and we went to try again. They still did not work. It stated Room 327 on the little sleeve that holds the keys. The staff rekeyed the cards and then went up to try them himself. He came back and said the keys worked and handed them to us. Then I noticed the Room number was now 328. We got up there and only one key worked. We just kept the one key and finally went to go find something to eat. Once we were in the room, we noticed there was water damage to the ceiling and there were holes. From my understanding, this was supposed to be a remodeled hotel. Some of the flooring in the hallway to the elevator is starting to come up. Only one of the two elevators seemed to be working.

Rooms pretty nice but the air conditioning was so loud it scared my little boy awake every time it cut on we tried moving the temp up to keep it from cutting on but then we were too warm glad we only stayed one night

Some rooms near the elevators are impossible to sleep in due to the noise the elevators make. There is a strong smell of cheap cleaner in some of the rooms. The carpets look stained and dated. Rooms overall could use an update. There is a large gap below the doors in each room so the noise in the hall makes it right into the room easily, and also makes it questionable how private my own conversations are.

The staff were friendly. Some of the breakfast items were not bad. I am able to use the gym equipment here, there are weights and a functional tread.
