This hotel appears to be brand new. No evidence of any wear or aging. Room was better than most. Breakfast was acceptable for a continental breakfast.

nothing. everything was great.

I like the fact that they called me, and said they had an incident with the king suite I booked, and offered me a standard king room at no charge. So, heck yes I took it!!! Saved me some money!!! Everything was very clean, that iis always a plus. We had a quiet llittle room down at the end of the hall, which was nice and quiet!!! Great place!!!

My only complaint, and it’s a minor one, was that the wall seem to be on the thin side and I felt like I heard everything from the hallway. My room was close to the icemaker on the first floor, and I was awaken by what I can only assume was the staff preparing the Breakfast and filling buckets of ice.

The gym has no equipment! No pool or hot tub, and it is not walking distance to the casino.

We were in a room right next to the elevator. A lot of very loud people coming off elevator until 2:30 am. 😡 Not the hotels fault but request a room far from elevator.

The hotel was very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good water pressure in shower. Good breakfast.

The tv wouldn't connect but since it was late no one could do anything. The base that the bed was on was longer than the bed and did not feel good hitting it in the middle of the night. Also the smoke detector light blinked all night brightly

A late check in glitch and multiple pending charges on my card happened. I don’t blame the staff as I know things happen sometimes. The best thing I am happy to share is that the issue was immediately fixed first thing in the morning without any trouble.

We have traveled many places over the years and this hotel and staff is the perfect example of what friendly smart and caring hospitality is suppose to be. The character of the staff added to our great impressions of Wichita, KS.

Love the location. Very close to Park City Arena and The Winds Casino is within walking distance. Restaurants are maybe 6 minute drive. Breakfast here is really good. The hotel and the rooms are very clean. The staff is friendly. It's fairly quiet for being so close to the interstate.

Beds were a bit hard and gave me a back ache. Tv kept disconnecting. Guide didn't work well. Gravy at breakfast tasted like the can it came from (saw the cans in the kitchen. Bland and had a funkiness to gravy. would have been nice to have a waffle maker. a/c cooled room really good but was really loud when the fan kicked on. Room 223

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and quiet. grounds were clean. snack shop was stocked and working properly to do payment. nice large room and bathroom. Liked that each bed had 4 pillows and not just 2 as I use 4 at home.

The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and nice. The breakfast was typical of any hotel breakfast. I like that it was located in a more secluded area near the casino and not in the city where I am always concerned about vehicle break-ins.

I just happened to be in the furthest room from an ice machine. They we only on floors 1 and 3, I was on floor 2 at the opposite end of the building, that is the only thing that wasn’t great.

The breakfast was easily accessible and the food exceeded several hotels that I have recently visited. The bacon was nice and crispy and the gravy for the biscuits had a good flavor.
