Very loud during the night, many people coming and going and very poor sound insulation of rooms.

Bathroom was a bit dirty, hairs in the shower & sink which is always a bit off putting. But staff very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again due to the location.

Check is was 3pm and room was not ready on time. The door didn’t shut properly and you could see the lights from the hallway shining through. The first 3 days there was rude Americans at 3am being unbelievably loud and the room wasn’t very sound proof so kept waking us up. There was also a constant smell of marijuana. AC kept making a dripping sound. Shame really as the hotel and staff were great.

The location was amazing and the staff were very friendly! The pool, bar and everything else was really good. Boujee and probably what I’d consider boutique hotel. The personal card and $40 credit for our honeymoon was an unbelievable touch.

Location is central - few blocks from beach, and a short walk to plenty of shops, but restaurants tend to be a bit further. The hotel is located on a side street, so car noise is low and makes it easy to book Uber pickups and drop offs. Hotel Restaurant food is good, and the daily happy hour makes it worthwhile. Pool is a nice size and there are plenty of loungers available considering the hotel is on the smaller side (a good thing). In room WiFi worked well.

Parking was a little difficult, hotel changed from self park to valet parking after we booked but before our stay, so it ended up being a bit more pricey than we had expected. However, we never had to wait long for the car to be brought around.

Such a great place to stay. The common area is beautiful, quiet places to sit, koi pond, and the swimming pool is small but spacious enough even at the most busiest times. Hotel may not look like it, but it’s very family friendly. Staff are helpful, even with late check ins. Great location-so close to international market place and only two blocks from the beach. Great place to stay with kids. Quiet at night. Free slushies are a nice touch!

The rooms are not cleaned every day, and even for a 5 night stay we had to ask for a cleaning at the reception because it did not seem to be planned. No breakfast.

Excellent location near lively areas and close to the legendary Waikiki Beach. Pleasant retro room decor, comfortable bedding. Original poolside bar surrounded by lush vegetation.

The only this I didn’t love is there was a bit of a dip in my mattress so that could be upgraded but otherwise everything was fantastic.

the pool was closed for cleaning, the hotel offered pool access nearby but we did not take advantage of that.

The blackout curtains for my room didn't properly cover up the door/room so anyone on the first floor near the pool would be able to look directly into my room. Not exactly the best thing. A latch or something to secure the curtains would have been very appreciated.

The room was comfortable and I was very impressed with the quality of the bar and the professionalism of the staff. The beds were soft and comfortable and I was glad to have a pool-side room that had easy access.

Most importantly - the room we got was much smaller and worse equipt than what was in description and photos on booking. The personal at the reception was not very nice, the room service forgot to clean our room,. Room had a weird smell.

Loved the decor, vibe and vision. Location is excellent within walking distance to everything. Valet parking was straightforward and affordable. Valet and bar staff were vey friendly and accommodating. In room fridge very useful.

The staff could be more gentle and warm. The bar wasn't my favorite. the quality of the drinks wasn't good. To clean the room more often (in my case they didn't clean it at all and we stayed 3 nights).

LIKE THE STYLE AND DECORATION. IT MAKES YOU FEEL COZY. The size of the room is excellent, with a patio, sink, microwave, and fridge which allows you to be comfortable bringing some food.

Our room was above a busy restaurant and it was noisy at night when we were trying to sleep.

The atmosphere and staff were amazing. We flew in early and flew out late. They were happy to hold our luggage and let us change before our flight.

Seemed to be a party place, full of younger folk. However the noise did not permitted too badly into my room. I could not access my balcony?

Great location, two blocks from the ocean. Facilities are good, the pool area clean and the food at the bar restaurant good. My room was clean and the amenities good. The shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. There was a step up into the shower!?! Aircon was excellent and the room lovely and cool. Upon check in.

Really there was nothing I didn't like or surprised me about the stay. I thought it had met/exceeding expectations. Although the room was recently renovated and they did a great job - the 'bones' of the hotel are older. I actually really liked it and thought it was charming and unique.

I liked the pool view facing room that overlooked the lush pool / bar area. The kitchenette was wonderful and the room was spacious with a great vintage Hawaiian design feel. I thought the location was amazing and central.

Parking is somewhat tricky, bathroom could be updated, but that's not a big deal.

Central location in the Waikiki area, spacious rooms. Very friendly staff who helped us with parking when the parking space at the hotel was full and even going out into the rain to give directions. Cannot comment on the facilities like pool etc. as it was raining while we were staying.
