That we had to pay for breakfast for 2 of us. Also, had to get a plunger from the front desk because our toilet got stopped up.

Breakfast was great, but just bummed that we had to pay for our kids' breakfast since only 2 breakfasts are paid for with the room.

When I book a property I check the photos frequently...usually the reviews, but I was a tad rushed so did pictures and some reviews. Those reviews talked about no coffee maker BUT talked about refrigerator and microwave. Pictures show: a phone, small refrigerator and some show microwave. NONE of this was available, which was unsettling since I purchased groceries to make dinner. You must go back down the stairs for the microwave. I didn't realize there was only street parking. I was up and down Those stairs more times than I liked. At approximately 1am I woke to someone from the next room pounding on my wall. Pounding hard enough if the flat screen TV was on the wall, it would have fallen. After a bit the pounding stopped and someone began tapping. At approximately 1:45 am the pounding began again and I phoned the manager. I believe he attempted knocking cause I heard knocking. At 2am or bit after the pounding began again and I wrote to the manager and said, if I'm awake, you're awake. I then described which room in better detail. When I had enough of this foolishness I opened the door to go to my truck and the police had arrived. I finally fell back asleep at 5am.

The location was very close to Yellowstone. The room was a good size and was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The pictures show no phone, no radio, no microwave, no frig.

rooms could've been updated, carpet was a little sticky because it was so old, and there was a slight odor throughout the facility. Wish there was closer parking we had to park to the side of the basketball court at night and it was a little scary walking back to the room.

Although it is an older facility, they have renovated it, It was exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable, however before long they will need to be replaced. All in all, This was a very pleasant surprise as we booked sight unseen. The location was close to town. The staff was phenomenal. The breakfast was top-notch, quite frankly, was superior to some of the best hotels that we have been at!

Bath tub was very slippery and no rubber mat. Disabled parking was at the far end of the sidewalk. One luggage cart was falling apart.

The room was NOT handicap accessible!!! The toliet was in a room smaller than a closet! I went to the desk , showed her my booking. She called her manager , spoke in Spanish, so I couldn't catch the whole conversation. She said it was your fault and my room was nonrefundable!! Spent a night from hell with my husband getting me off the toliet!!!

I went on your website. It said there were 2 rooms available . One was handicap accessible the other not. I have a blood clot in my leg so I need a 16" toliet. I was so happy to see the handicap was available so I booked it.

Water for shower we have to use ice bucket to bathe, because shower hardly had water coming out but only cold, no good at all . Hair dryer mounted close to mirror but cord to short. It would have been better if it’s mounted close to bathroom room door. Hard to find parking and its raining at 1030pm. I have to park all the way to cross winds area. For the price I expect a decent warm shower and not use ice bucket to collect water because not enough pressure for shower we are in room 218. My daughter had quite a laugh though reminded her the TABO used for bathing in the Philippines.

No pool and hot tub when I looked originally I swear it said they had a pool. And you can see where there was once a pool. Breakfast was not covered for all people in my group which was not listed on the website

We didn’t know that breakfast was only free for 2 people in the room! So if you are a family of 4, just be aware that you will have to pay $12.95 for a teenager, $5 for a child every morning! Pillows are not comfortable! I had my own because we went camping before our stay in Yellowstone. I literally had to go get it because I couldn’t sleep with those high thick pillows.

I love that it’s close to the entrance of the park and that breakfast was available in the morning. The room is spacious and very clean. The staff is awesome!

AC only worked when it wanted to. The bathroom sink faucet water trickled out. We requested a room with a frig as my husband has medicine he needs to keep cold. We did not get one or was any effort made to get us one.
