Price point is rather high, but to be expected so close to the Yellowstone NP border. Also, I had to wait almost 10 mins for someone to arrive at the reception during check-in and the person who eventually served me was hardly the epitome of geniality.

A convenient motel, quite basic but adequately equipped.

stayed at this motel after a day of exploring yellowstone national park. it was very conveniently located and the staff was very friendly and helpful. rooms were clean and quiet. Located walking distance from restaurants/stores in the area.

The shower would get extremely hot and then cold without adjusting it. Baseboard heating was loud.

The bathroom did not have a fan so the mirror is fogged up when you are taking a shower; the toilet tank has a lot of moisture, so they put a towel on the floor. No complimentary breakfast.

The price was the lowest, so far.

The shower water would randomly change temperature and actually almost scolded me. The decor is very dated, with carpet that I'm sure gathers dust as I was starting to suffer badly with allergies by our 3rd day. Looking around, though, it seems hard to find anything less dated in the area.

Excellent location, super friendly and helpful staff. Generally we had everything we needed for our trip to YNP and I would stay here again. The kitchen was a big help for us to save money and prepare our lunch for the day in the park.

An exhaust fan in the washroom, an aircon & a strong wifi.

First of all, there was no free breakfast, but it’s ok because we know there is none. The room is pretty clean, the location is great, the only thing i find weird is that the the washroom doesn’t have an exhaust fan & there was no aircon. It’s a good thing though that the weather is not too hot anymore so the fan was enough. Even the wifi is not good enough. Considering the price that we pay there should have at least this necessities.

A comfy log cabin right in the middle of West Yellowstone village, minutes from the West Gate with a supermarket which opens at 7am five minutes' walk away. So convenient for visiting the National Park!

Extremely friendly and helpful owners will take care of you. Yellewstone Natural Park is very close. The kitchen was fully equipped and there was plenty of room for a family of four.

Room was clean and comfortable, if fairly dated. Could hear people in next room (not soundproof). Staff was very nice. No breakfast or "extras." Fine for one night.

Shower wouldn’t stay at one temperature for more than 30 seconds. No interior second lock (deadbolt) which felt unsafe.

Older style motel with cabin type feel inside. Load and unload at your front door. Close to main shopping and dining area.

The water keep going from hot to cold in the shower and very dark inside the room need more brighter lights.

The location of this hotel is very convenient to all the restaurants and shopping, and a few minutes drive to West Yellowstone entrance.

A few things outdated like carpet but the decorations are cute and love the log cabin feel.

Husband and wife who run the motel are so kind and take pride. Very clean and comfortable stay. My spouse let them know that it was my birthday the next day. We came back from a long day exploring Yellowstone to find a Happy Birthday banner on the door. Such a simple and kind gesture that was so appreciated to give that personalized touch.

There was no AC in our room — front desk explained and we knew up front, so really not bad on them, just something to be known prior to booking if AC is a necessity for you.
