Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThere were extra charges for everything. Like $75 for early check in. Either the room is ready or its not. I felt this was a way to get more money out of you. Check in was at 3 pm, we arrived at 11 am. They asked for $75 if we wanted to check in early. Again either room is ready or its not. There was extra charge for the pool cabanas.They were tapped off. Little things like that. I was not charged for early check in at the end. There was no apple pay at the bar, so we had to pay cash or add to room service. There was however tap and go at the pool restaurant.
Great location. Great helpful staff, clean and great pool and gym.

United StatesParking is on the expensive side so it would be nice for that to be a lower cost or included for hotel guests. $39/night is steep. It would be even greater if the hotel offered an hourly shuttle to Disneyland! :) the ART shuttle is too hard to navigate and never on time. We bought a 5-day pass but used it to return to the hotel twice. We never caught the shuttle going to Disneyland and it was packed or took too long to arrive at end of day.
Clean and spacious. The 2 queen room was lovely for parents and two toddlers. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Shower water pressure was strong and hot water didn’t run out like some other hotels. Disneyland is about a 15-18mins average paced walk. We will come back to this hotel in the future. Beds were very comfortable. They give you free bottle waters every day!! That was a nice perk.

United StatesThe WiFi is not the greatest in the rooms. When trying to call someone or receiving calls was not going through.
The property was very nice, lots of restaurants to have a meal at, the staff was very nice, and very close to Disneyland. We booked the room with no view and it was the view of the parking lot which was fine! The room was surprisingly spacious, bed was comfortable, bathroom was great!

United StatesIt would have been fun to have more Disney-specific features, but I'm guessing that is not possible since it's not a Disney branded hotel.
Honestly, this is the BEST Disney hotel, other than Disneyland. So, there are no character features, but it's cozy and has everything you want/need. It was a very close walk to Disneyland (10-15 minutes). The pool and hot tub were never full; the beds were perfect. I'm about to book our trip again next year. My daughter and I go to Disney ever year (she's 20).

SpainI would like to have had a shuttle to the parks. It’s only 15 minutes walking to the parks but after a long day walking around the theme parks with kids it would have been perfect come back to the hotel in a bus
The beds were super comfy and the hotel is beautiful. Clean and well located to go even walking to the parks. The swimming pool is fantastic and the spa zone very relaxing after a long day at the parks

This is one of the most beautiful, clean and amazing smelling properties I have stayed in. Loved the decor, the staff was very helpful and professional and the location to Disney was perfect for our family. Westin hotels are by far the best for comfort and luxury for a family budget.
