United StatesThis is an ideal and beautiful location in Grand Lake - we arrived and enjoyed an amazing sunset over the lake, then a great Mexican dinner at nearby Charlie’s followed by a very comfortable overnight stay. Western Riviera has paid attention to every detail of hospitality, and our room was immaculate. In the morning, we grabbed delicious breakfast and lunch sandwiches at nearby Bighorn Bagels before heading into Rocky Mountain National Park for a beautiful day of sightseeing - a perfect weekend getaway!

The location is the strongest point - we LOVED walking to the beach and also being able to walk to all of the good restaurants. Parking can be a hassle in Grand Lake and it was nice not to worry about it. It is also a view you can’t beat - absolutely gorgeous!!!

United StatesWe loved it all, but this is not for anyone who wants the "newest" or most modern. This is the place for people who do not have a private residence on the lake, but want the lake experiences. Location is very convenient which makes is hard to get a room at the last moment anytime of the year.
This is our personal favorite place to stay in Grand Lake BECAUSE it sets right on the lake itself and is located in the center of the town. This time, we were in a "cabin" which means there was a separate bedroom with a king bed. The bathroom is very tiny, as is the cooking area (with a full-sized refrigerator). Our unit also had a sofa bed and a twin cot. But this is all about view and the cabins sit high above the road and the public docks and you can watch the activity and that glorious lake. Private parking is provided (very important in the summer) and there's a personal barbeque for each cabin. WOW!!!

United StatesNot within the control of management and would have affected any rental in downtown Grand Lake but a bar on the main street had a very loud band playing till midnight.
Staff were both very nice and helpful with check-in, dinner recommendations, etc. Also, the property is truly right on Grand Lake and the view from the (shared) balcony and our room was great. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance and we also walked to hiking trails nearby. While the property is older, it's very clean and has been well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable as well.

Wow. Very clean room with a shower that rivals Kramer’s elephant shower head. Amazing view of Grand Lake from the balcony with chairs and hummingbird feeders. We were lucky enough to get a full moon view of the lake that night. Absolutely beautiful. Will be back.
