Room 8 PCT room shares a (locked) door with room 7B. This means that any talking or invasive odor passes through the door gaps/thin door and reduced privacy. I was pleased to see my renovated room but that ended quickly as the smell from 7b was so intense (smelled like someone was bagging a mountain of weed). The A/C makes this worse as it pushes the air from 7b into 8, I could feel and smell it around the door frame as well as it stinking out the whole room. Such a bummer. Otherwise it was nice, I wouldn’t recommend booking any rooms here that have a shared door.

It was very cold outside (around 24F) at night when we arrived and the window in the room was open so the room became completely cold. We started up the heater. It made it a bit better but not enough so we had to sleep in clothes with the hood. Only in the morning with the sun temperature raised better

Hand rails needed on outdoor steps. It would be nice to have a place to at least hang a coat and have a chair indoors to sit on.

The location was great. There was no breakfast so cannot answer that we did or didn’t like it.

Wifi not worked in my room after several try. Very noisy from parallel room throught too thin door between rooms. Better would be a really separation of the rooms.

The latch on the bathroom door did not work. So the bathroom door did not close. We stayed in a room with 3 beds so privacy was already minimal.

I liked how close it is to everything we had planned. The beds were super comfy and we could arrive late.

There was a long wait for the new Original password for the wifi (we are foreningers). We experienced a lot of noise from the neighbor-rooms and one of our two rooms missed both soup and shower-producs that missed. Wifi was aweful.

I would suggest keeping some coffee and filters in the room. I didn’t bring either and could not make coffee sadly. Also the TV in our room did not work and the password provided to the Wi-Fi did not work. Luckily we were not there long and didn’t really have need for the TV or Wi-Fi.

We enjoyed how clean the room was and the modern style inside. Our kids loved the swing and games to play outside. The AC worked well and kept the room cool. Beds comfortable too!

The showers need to have a handle on the wall to hold on to it's slippery in there and nothing to hold on to. It was our second time there and the room had no refrigerator did not like room 8 as much room 3 on our first visit. Other wise it was a nice stay!

I tried tcall the phone number listed in the reservation email to let someone know that we were running later than expected, but the call was not answered. There were no coffee cups in the room. There was a note with a phone number to call, but it was not answered and the voicemail was not set up to leave a message. It was impossible to speak with anyone at any phone number listed. There were a bunch of broken tree limbs on the ground right in front of the walkway to the room and a broken limb hanging from the tree above the walkway which made it difficult and somewhat dangerous to get into the room. The sidewalk to the room was not cleared of snow.

The room was comfortable and clean. There was a microwave, refrigerator, and nice size TV. The bathroom has a really big walk-in shower, a lighted mirror, and good amenities. It was easy to get into the room with a lock code.

Outside area very untidy and felt overlooked from the back windows, curtains covered the air con. No curtain on windows in doors as well made us feel overlooked. Room was clean but the bedding felt grubby, makeup marks on pillow cases. Very overpriced for what it is.

The worst part was that as a large family we had absolutely no towels. We had to wipe our faces and hands on clothing to dry off. There were no extra linens and the beds had a gritty feel to the sheets as if they had not been changed. The air conditioner was very loud and inches above our heads. There was not one chair to sit in so I sat in my car while everyone else slept in the morning. The road noise was terrible. The worst part was that when we requested towels the off site management company acted as a go-between to the “on-site”manager. I out that in quotes be sure I don’t believe there was anyone on site. They told us towels would be delivered and after checking in twice with them they said (at 10:30PM after we’d gone to sleep) to contact the on-site manager, who did not answer the door during normal business hours. After that any communication through the app or via text received no response u til we told them we were fed up and leaving early due to not being able to wash. They refused us a refund as did bookings.com after a pathetic attempt to negotiate with the hotel owner. There was a note that said they are understaffed so would not be able to provide housekeeping- which is fine- as long as we were provided with necessities to begin with, which we were not. Our neighbors also only received 1 towel for 5 people. At least they had one. We had nothing.

The bathroom was nicely remodeled. Too bad we couldn’t use it due to not having towels.
