There were ants and cockroaches every now and then and the Air conditioner stopped working on the two hottest days we were there and we had to go and buy a couple fans to get us through.

The property was really quiet and it had a good view out our windows. It was close to the pool and easy to get around.

The house needs a little upkeep, but otherwise, it was great.

It is a beautiful location. You're close to everything and when you're finished, you can go back and relax in a peaceful atmosphere. It was so quiet and the view from the marina was gorgeous.

The water when you 1st cut it on had a horrible smell and there was a lot of stairs but I can look past it

Very dated interior pull out couch was very uncomfortable and stairs leading to townhouse were very shaky.

The location was great lots of stuff to do Locally.. A great catching release fishing spot.

Our wifi went out some of the time and we needed a cable to connect the TV to our Netflix. The resort sent someone over who showed us where to reset the router spent a lot of time helping us troubleshoot the TV.

Gorgeous view of the lake, nice deck, nicely maintained bikes were included and use of pool, sauna and hot tub were a bonus. I liked walking around the marina too. The condo was clean and comfortable.

The water had a bad smell to it. But after talking with management it was an easy fix and cleared up the problem.

Very nice place to stay. The townhouse was clean and being right by the pond was awesome. Will definitely stay here again.

Couldn't find silverware. Was in an odd place for a kitchen. Move the stir spoons and replace with silverware

The view, the place we'll kept. So amazing. Beds sleeping restful, kitchen elegance with outdoor view on patio. Bring my whole family back in July. Rates may be higher but we'll work it out

The miscommunication between the booking.com and the staff at the resort. We wanted to stay longer . Couldn't get in contact with the resort v I a email or booking.com.

When we checked in, we received the key from the box in the front of the office. On the envelope it instructed me to return to the office by 10am the next morning to finish checking in, (and that the key would not work after 10M). We went to the office and the lady in the office said that our key was good until our checkout time. She gave us some passes to the rec-center. WELL, when we returned back to our unit that night our key WOULD NOT WORK. On our check-in envelope it had a number for to call if we needed anything. WELL, that number was for a couple in another unit. They were able to provide us with a number to call. The man we spoke with sent security out to unlock the door. I don't know what happened, but we should have never been lock out. It was raining and we were very tired.

the ants were bad in the kitchen I had cook hamburgers and left them on a plate on the counter and I went back to grab one and ants were in the hamburgers

Odor, old rub down furniture, dirty furniture, dirty bath tub, dirty old carpets, dusty, bugs such as water bugs, roaches, spiders inside the townhome. Horrible stay.

The townhouse was dirty, couches were stained, walls had stuff on them, windows were dirty, cobwebs on lamps, and curtains were stained. Also no trash pickup in the 5 days we were there. Beds were very hard!

Everyone was very nice, and everything worked, fridge, oven, AC, ect.

There was barely anything to do, the boats at the marina were for sale and not for rent. My air conditioning barely worked, it would be on when we left in the morning and then we would come back to a hot house at the end of the day, you could never get staff on the phone for assistance and when you did, they were not knowledgeable about things to do in the area. And, my biggest issue was the property had a roach issue and when I got back home there was a roach in my car and I have no kind of knowledge what this can do to my car and how fast they may spread so now I have to make an appointment to the dealership to see if they can help me to get rid of any roaches that maybe in my car. There was a horrible bug issue in my unit in general because I went to bed and woke up with six huge bug bites and I’m worried the bites are infected so I will have to go to the doctor, it was horrible… And, the recreation facility which is like the only thing to do closed very early. The furniture was old that was in my unit and so we’re the bicycles, I was very dissatisfied the cable and television stations were not the best and reception in the unit was horrible to say the least but the didn’t hesitate to threaten to charge you if anything was left out of place and no pets are allowed but smokers are… there were rug burns on the carpet in my unit and in my opinion the placed needed renovation overall

The cleanliness of the bathrooms and insects infestation in the condo.

There were too many cockroaches and other bugs for my liking. Plus the carpet, curtains and furniture were outdated.
