There was nothing that I did not like about the facility (the coffee machine went out a couple of times) but it was fixed by the time I arose in the morning.

For one when I entered the room it looked exactly like it was pictured on the website. I loved the space, being able to prepare meals it felt like the comforts of home.

The property is one of a kind. It’s a hotel but also apartments. Each hotel room is set up like an apartment and yet a hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and feel like home. If I was looking for an apartment to stay long term I definitely would. The property is hidden from the usual in town feel. It’s secluded but still very accessible to everything. It has a safe and secure appeal. The staff is ever so helpful and friendly too.

Couldn’t find a hair dryer. The fitness room did not offer a water fountain. We struggled setting the temperature in our unit.

It was clean and the kitchen was stocked with utensils, plates, etc. We didn’t need it but there was a washer and dryer in the unit.

The bed was very squeaky - I was afraid to get in bed after my partner had already fallen asleep each night. The thermostats were capped at 74 degrees... which for most would be fine, but we come from Florida where we prefer the temperature at 77 or 78 degrees - or at least 76. And for some reason the elevator smelled like urine the first night we came, so we took the stairs the rest of the time, which worked for us and did not smell. Otherwise, it really was a good stay at this location.

The evening lady at the front desk, Susan, was SUPER amazing! She was very helpful and friendly! She was the most welcoming and accommodating front desk hosts we've had in a while, and we travel quite a bit. Thanks Susan!

Hotel was spacious and very clean. Location was proximal to highways and shopping centers. This hotel was better than extended stay and was very modern. It's a great value especially if travelling with family or a large group.

I liked everything.

I love that it's an apartment style hotel. Our particular room had two bedrooms (each with a bathroom) and a washer/dryer and a kitchen. It's a great place to stay if you plan on being in the area for a few days. Very clean. Great location. Not far from the highway. Not terribly far from the Twin Cities. (Less than a half hour)

The rooms were huge and contained everything you needed to have a comfortable stay! There were two bedrooms and two bathrooms, so you won't need to fight for the bathroom. Each room comes with a tv. The kitchen comes with a huge fridge and utensils for cooking. The staff were also friendly and recommended Maple Grove, which is a short drive away for plenty of food and shopping options.

The very dirty coffee maker

We like the facility it was fairly clean. We had a really bad experience with the coffee maker. It was like nobody ever cleaned it and there was a layer of scum inside the reservoir.

The beds are okay but not any worse than the average hotel room. The living furniture was a bit shabby but comfortable.

This is truly am amazing facility and if there were more WaterWalk locations they would be the only place I would stay. The convenience of traveling with four adults and having 2 bathrooms plus 3 bedrooms, full kitchen, laundry, and four televisions is exceptional. We saved so much money staying here and had plenty of room to spread out rather than being cramped in one or two hotel rooms. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating and the location is very quiet in an office park but near major highways and just 16 minutes from Minneapolis.
