Error in room price/charges was quickly rectified by the friendly manager without fuss on arrival. Room 554 is very spacious with a large balcony and beautiful views of the harbour.

Room could use new carpet, drapes, and a fresh coat of paint. But it was clean and the bed comfortable.

Friendly staff, that goes out of their way to take care of whatever you need. Was given a room with a balcony overlooking the pool and Marina, totally unexpected and very much appreciated!

$40 parking fees, not being told rooms serviced every 4 days, but we could request more towels, coffee, toilet paper. It's just coming home end of day and beds not made was odd. Could hear person in gym on treadmill and throwing weights til 11pm, but found apology for noises and earplugs in drawer. A/C kept clicking on off every few seconds so none of us could get good night sleep

Location was great by ferry. Staff very nice, in fact seems he was on duty all the time! I think we had a wheelchair room, huge space, huge bathroom. Lots of food places to choose around hotel

The carpet was a bit worn out and stained in the room. The coffee table was also stained. They were minor inconveniences.

The location is awesome. Walking distance to a variety of excellent restaurants. Easy to get to the ferry to San Francisco. It was our wedding anniversary and the hotel upgraded us to a room with a view. There is also a small but near saltwater pool which is wonderful .

Water main broke outside hotel causing no water for a little over a day. Nearby train always blowing horn wasn’t enjoyable.

Not a huge fan of mandatory valet but I get it that parking spots were sparse.

Loved my functional balcony with table outside. It was relaxing to just sit and look out at the waterway after driving around the Bay Area.

The Waterfront Cafe wasn't open so there wasn't anywhere on property to buy a coffee, a snack or lunch. This was a problem since when I arrived at 1:00 pm there wasn't a place to get something to eat or drink.

The view of the marina and harbor were exceptional! Staff was very helpful.

The property showed it's age but was still immaculately clean.

The staff were absolutely fabulous, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We stayed twice, once the night before our cruise, and once the day we returned from our cruise. We had taken a red eye and arrived in the morning exhausted. We were immediately allowed in our room which was so thoughtful. Fabulous location, clean, right on the water.

The view from the room was great and the location was wonderful. The valet parking was helpful. The restaurant food was good. We enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast in restaurant coukd be purchased daily on our 3rd day we were told we would have a 20 minute wait before our order was taken. We sat and waited longer without even being offered the chance of a coffee, the guests on the next table had been waiting an hour and when they got there food it was cold so on that we decided to leave.

Location to ferry was excellent. Rooms with balcony was great Staff were very helpful

The walls were a bit thin and we could sometimes hear noises from the other rooms - mostly things like toilets flushing. The valet parking was a little pricey, although very convenient.

The hotel was well placed in Jack London Square and easy to get to. Very convenient location next to the ferry terminal! Plus lots of good restaurants and bars on the square. The room was clean and had a great view of the marina. We enjoyed a free daily drink in the bar and had breakfast one morning, which was delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

No laundry and dry clean service in house. No shop for sundries including especially water. Water in the rooms at $7 insanely expensive. No room service.
