The rooms are a little tired, some peeling paint in the bathroom. Pool area needs some more shade/umbrellas.

We forgot an adopter in the room, but coming back the day after they didn’t even check if they found it because of their policy of “lost and found room time table”, apparently was locked and none of receptionist offered support in helping us, no more than: “if we found there tomorrow we’ll send you back (shipping to italy) at your own cost”. thanks

The property is an old style building that feels the time on its shoulder! Was comfortable to stay here for one night but I wouldn’t spend more. The welcoming was excellent, we even got a free upgrade of the room with ocean view, and check out very smooth.

Outdated rooms Pillows smelt musty Rooms felt dirty Parking lot does not fit a full size truck. Overflow lot is very small and not guaranteed parking for your vehicle

Jackhammer working on building straight over road . Asked if possible for early checkin as we arrived on an early flight but never heard so came back to hotel at 2pm to find room was ready . Requested on leaving if possible a midday check out instead of 11 but was told no one was being given one which was disappointing. Although they have a pool it was very stark with no shade . Staff pleasant . Room clean but wall paper and carpet put it at least 50 years since Reno.

Slightly dated but this certainly isn't a deal breaker. The air-conditioning was slightly noisy but was able to get used to this.

Great location, only 1 small block away from the beach. It's not as hectic as some of the larger hotels that feel like you're walking through a mall. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The Waikiki Resort Hotel is centrally located one block back from the beach. Rooms were clean, good size and our balcony had a view of Waikiki Beach. Staff were friendly and always available to help, a free basic breakfast, free activities and a pool (if you don't want to go to the beach).

Rooms are a little smaller and older than expected. Wall paper starting to peel in some areas and there was a little mould around the shower curtains.
