I slept on the upper bed and when I move even 1 inch, the bed made too much noise (room c-302), power supply is not near bed, not very optimal to meet with people, could be more hostel events. i met people mostly in the kitchen.

staff is nice, Hostel is in a very good area. they have water to drink in the kitchen. they have beach equipments( snorkel, chairs, umbrellas etc.). they have discount on many tours and you can arrange a tour in hostel. big rooms refrigerator in the room

Kindness and the Clean Kitchen

My pillow was very very thin. It had to fold it in half and it was still too thin and my neck hurt. I did have a room with 3 other girls but this was connected to another 4 bed room and we all shared the one bathroom. This was a bit tricky with everyone needing lots of showers with being by the beach. The bathroom mat was rarely changed so it was always very wet Would also be great to have curtains on the beds and individual lights. But I understand this is a budget hostel

The location was perfect with the beach just down the road. It was located next to plenty of ABC convenience stores. There was also a bus stop nearby to get you to and from the airport and other bus lines around the island

It's close to Waikiki Beach. It's also a good location for trekking to Diamond Head. The room was clean and the kitchen facilities were good.

Shower is a bit lacking, pressure was so low. Also, the rooms were a bit hot, even though air conditioning was on the full day. The prize is a bit high for a hostel, but in Waikiki you pay for the location and I guess it's a normal price there. Just not used to it.

The location is amazing, thanks to the use of the wristband, you can go directly to Waikiki beach in 2mins walk, take a bath and then entering the hostel without having to worry about carrying anything to the beach with you. The staff was EXCELLENT, all of them were super freidnly and eager to help you with nything. The place offered a lot of activities if you wanted to.

The 8 bed dorm is split in 2 rooms , one room had Air con and my room I stayed in only had a fan so it was super hot at night which was pretty uncomfortable sometimes.

Always check your card transactions! I was charged $700 for someone else's bill. They said the system accidentally linked my card to another account. Luckily, I checked my statement, and thanks to the manager for responding quickly.

I like that each room has a kitchen, a fridge, and a dining table.

The Hostel is really good for the price. Nice lobby to hang around, you get surfboards, floatables, snorkeling equipment all to rent for free! The rooms are cute and have a kitchen!

Beds make A LOT of noise.

The entire staff was helpful and welcoming. They remember you by name and genuinely ask, "how was your day?". Lots to do in and around the hostel. Laundry machines are fairly inexpensive and extremely reliable.

Sometimes the wifi didn't work, but everything else was fine, helpful friendly staff. The hostel only took cards not cash. Not a big problem but I prefer paying with cash.

The room was fine, not too hot or too cold, the shower and toilet was also fine, they cleaned every morning. We also had a small balcony to hang wet clothes. The hostel was 1 block from the beach where I surfed often, couldn't ask for a better spot. I played ping pong at night and shot some hoops. Lots of laughs.

The kitchen was a bit small for so many people staying in the hostel, finding times where I could cook was difficult. When I got in, the fridge was atrocious! It was completely full of food left that was mouldy and stinky (they did eventually clean it, but it was very gross).

Location was super close to the beach, the hostel provided accessories you could borrow for the day such as snorkels, umbrellas, mats, floaties etc (that was a huge plus!). I also liked that it was located away from the huge crowds (obviously still busy, but less busy). Staff were so lovely and wanted to make it a friendly place for people to enjoy the island, but also to connect with other travellers. 20/10 experience :)
