The surrounding area is noisy and busy. And the parking was 50$ a day. Also the beach is relatively small and gets crowded.

The location was great, a 3 minute walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants to choose from. The hotel cafe was perfect for a morning drink and snack. Room was clean and comfortable.

Nothing major. Our room was on the 10th floor, so sometimes the lift would be full when we wanted to leave the hotel, meaning we would have to wait a little longer during peak times. Besides that nothing else seemed to be a problem.

Location is very central and a short walk to Waikiki beach.We had a partial ocean view (room 1005) and it was lovely to sit on the balcony with a coffee watching the waves and views of Diamond Head. Housekeeping made sure that we had enough coffee and tea supplies. Great to have a refillable water station in the lobby that we frequently used. Maholo :)

When we checked in, we didn't get much info regarding hotel facilities, how to access beach towels ect.

Location, hotel situated in the middle of wikiki, easy access to eateries, shops, and short walking distance to tour pick up points. Room is clean and tidy. Ocean view is fantastic.

Upon our arrival we didn’t get told to go around the corner to the lifts with our luggage so when we went up the elevators to check in my dad fell because he was holding his suitcase and lost his balance, he hurt his knee, so they should be telling people to go round to the lift more than letting them take their suitcases up the skinny elevators to the reception area

Location is great, easy with the kids and popping in and out. Room was nice and clean and the cleaning ladies are lovely.

Loud music every night on our floor ( floor 6 room 614 ) that finished at 10.30 -11 each night only complaint. Daughters room 301 couldn’t hear it so only advise don’t stay poolside if you want a quiet night.

The shower curtain in the 1 King Bed bedroom seems a bit dated. Would much prefer a glass shower door/wall.

The location was excellent. The fact they could allow us to drop off our bags before check-in was great and very easy. Also they let us check-in very late (ie. 10.30PM). The facilities were awesome - the toilet was spacious. And I love how they seperated the toilet and shower to the sink and mirror.

The central location, walking distance to Waikiki beach, international market place and spoilt for choice with restaurants. Room 1201 was an accessible 2 double bed room, plenty of room for two people, balcony and views to Waikiki beach was a bonus. Self service laundry facilities 👍🏽The staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back to stay.

It’s on a very busy road. I could sleep at night fine but it wasn’t worth updating to a balcony because it’s not very peaceful.

Beautiful updated and clean hotel. Free live music and a great happy hour. Pool and hot tub open until 10pm

Lighting not great in bathroom and no mirror in main bedroom . The USD$40 per day resort charge and the attitude by one of the male front desk staff when asked what was included in the resort charge. Told scan the QR code, yet the wifi was down . Reluctantly this information was printed.To expect guests to pay the additional charge to have use of pool and towels as part of the facility when you are paying a significant amount to stay is ridiculous. Then another $25 if you want use of the Cabana.. most of the time couldn't get into pool area as all loungers taken. Pool small. The pillows on the bed were not comfortable. Had requested change in pillows and had to chase this. Most of front desk staff were great and thankfully the $40 per day resort charge was taken off our bill we hadn't used the pool.

Location was fantastic. In the heart of Waikiki, a stone's throw from the beach. Good view from the balcony.
