Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PhilippinesThe room is quite small and the aircon in our room wasn't cold enough. We reported this to the staff there, they fixed it and it was cold for a while, then it got hot again. Maybe it is due for maintenance already.
Loved that they have water dispensers at the lobby and free coffee and tea available all day. The breakfast is also good. The location is nice, just 3-5 mins walk to the Kuhio Beach, near restaurants, bus stops, stores, souvenir shops, and grocery. The room is okay, although a bit small. All the staff were nice and accommodating, especially Sir Arnel. I will recommend this to friends.

United StatesCould be a bit cleaner. The lobby where coffee and buffet breakfast is served gets very crowded and at times there is no place to sit.
We would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. Overall good value, nice and helpful staff. The valet staff, Richard, Arnel and Jesus were especially helpful. The positives outweigh the negatives.

United StatesThe room could have used a lot more storage...drawers in which to put things. We found ourselves having to go to the suitcase because there were not enough drawers. The shower was awful. The head needs to be replaced. Also, we were out almost all day and our room wasn't cleaned.
We liked the location. Near to the beach and the "action", but not in the middle of it. We liked the free breakfast as well.

United StatesWalking space between bed and wall, location of air unit. At night visiting the rest room, gave you a cold chill since you had to wiggle, wiggle in front of it.
It was in a good location to other families visiting for a wedding. Saved money compared to the others. The beach was a stones throw away, great for walking on the main strip two streets away. The staff is very, very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was enough and always filling.

Great location - centrally located, easy to get to a lot of spots on foot and very close to Waikiki beach. The beach gear, towels, etc. that is included is a huge help. The staff gave us an upgrade and a lovely welcome box of chocolates for our honeymoon. Highly recommend this hotel.
