AC unit is extremely loud and the toilets (mine and the nearby rooms) flushed like a cannon going off. Rooms are on the small side- especially with 2 double beds. Need to close room door tightly- check to ensure it actually is locked.

The hotel has been nicely refurbished and appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful- allowed a delayed checkout for me to attend a zoom call. When lobby coffee was out, receptionist brought me a cup of coffee from the hotel restaurant. The Shrimp restaurant had very good breakfast. The nicest feature for those staying on the 2nd and 3rd floors is that the parking garage exit is directly adjacent to the hallway with room entrances- car was as close as walking to the elevator. Others complained about lot being tight- yes, but not that bad when arriving early. I prolonged my stay by 1 day. Loved Eddies Seafood on the pier for breakfast and one dinner.

We did not have a good experience in the on-site restaurant. We would not recommend it to future customers, unless they are more selective in wait staff hires.

The garage parking. Small spaces. And an unsafe and large over hang that was not properly marked, while pulling in and backing up vehicles.

The soap holder in the shower had soap scum that was not cleaned.

The room was clean and comfortable, no signs of dirty carpets.

Fish Bones restaurant, their all you can eat seafood was closed. We got their seafood platter for two & it wasn’t that good. Waitress was not friendly & never smiled, seemed like we were being rushed.

Beachfront is beautiful!! Jumpin’ Shrimp has excellent food, drinks & service!!!

The store on the premises that rents bikes, beach chairs, etc., was not open on a regular basis and we ended up having to rent those things at a different shop a couple of blocks away.

Prime location on the boardwalk with oceanfront balcony rooms. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Would definitely stay again!

The lack of drawers for my clothes. I like my things out of site. Not necessarily the hotel, it's just a personal preference.

Having everything I needed close. The security of the building and the cleanliness were great. The restaurant and convenience store downstairs were very nice.

The water pressure in the shower was very slow.

The room was spacious and well-organized. It was very clean. The personnel were friendly and accommodating.

Indoor pool was great but a little too warm. Elevators could use new flooring. Hallway to pool is very dark with the black window coverings.

The view of the beach from our room was great and the rooms were very nice and comfortable. The hotel had the restaurant right on site and the parking was a bonus
