Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesWe had no hot water our entire stay. The air conditioner sounded like an airplane taking off. We couldn’t hear the tv or speak to each other without yelling bc it was so loud. Bathroom door needs a latch to allow it to stay open Inadequate lighting in bathroom. Even the makeup mirror was barely lit

United StatesThe resort was going though a renovation, so it was a bit noisy and messy in the hallways. A couple of the restaurants were closed for renovation as well.
The room was huge with kitchen, family room, and a great Bathroom. Plus it was half the price of the hotel section (Grand Meritage). It had a fireplace, and the kitchen was fully stocked. They even gave us a free bottle of wine. The resort area had 4 winery tasting rooms, and multiple restaurants onsite.

United StatesThat we booked a king suite and with 4 of us adults we ended up in a studio instead. This I guess was due to renovations going on at the resort. Was a little tight for all 4 of us and we made it work for the four nights. The resort still had not compensated us two nights like they stated they would for the inconvenience of space for our stay. Booking. com said they would take care of notifying the resort for us to get our money back since we paid them directly. I do not see that happened with a refund yet. Otherwise everything else was good.

United StatesBathroom was run down - shower was leaking. Tiles were moldy. Beds aren't comfy. Sheets are thin. Took over 24 hours to get the towels and blankets requested. Discrepancy with the bill. Charged resort fee was higher than what was advertised. Bill was over $60 more than expected for 3 night stay. Manager fixed it but the checkout people not helpful.
Seems to have a lot of amenities. Check in included sparkling wine.

United StatesWe rented a 1 bedroom that was not available the day we checked in!! We had to re-pack to move to the 1 bedroom the next day, which was the day of the event we were there for. The next day we were told our things would be moved to the 1 bedroom we had rented, but when we returned from our event our things were not in the room!! We were tired after the event, and called the front desk to ask where our bags were, and told to come get our bags!! When i went to get our bags, our refrigerator items weren't there. They had to look for the refrigerator items. They were found, but overall, that change of rooms was very disorganized and a disappointment. Not to mention I had rented the 1 bedroom that wasn't available that first night.

United StatesThe sales pitch from the timeshare people. It took up too much of my checkin time and I was tired after a long day of travel and just wanted to get the parking thing needed to hang in my car in order to park in their lot and get to my room. They kind of hold that as hostage so you have to listen to their sales pitch. But they did take no for an answer ultimately when we explained we would have no time in our schedule to sit down for one of their longer pitches.
The location was great. Very near Oxbow Matket and downtown Napa. I wasn’t there long but I wanted to check out their spa and I heard there was a bowling alley. The grounds were lovely and I had a nice view of the vineyards from my room.
