Irritating that you can only have one type of coffee for the included breakfast plus the dishes are “cheap” versions of the main menu. How much would it cost to have eggs on the smashed avocado? But good overall, don’t let this put you off.

Location is fabulous and the pool the best on that main section of Ocean Drive. You can nip over to the beach before breakfast and paddle in the sea or walk along the beach.

Only annoying thing was the gave us side sea view which wasn’t per the photos on booking.

Great location with it being in the mix and near the beach. Also shops, nice bars are near. Valet Parking seems steep but in comparison - very good as driving on that beach front is chock a block on weekends.

The bathroom doors were odd and room was pretty small and the door leading out to the balcony was terrible.. you could hardly open it . No microwave or decaf coffee .Fridge was almost nonexistent you could put a couple cold waters in it maybe . The hotel could probably use a refresher .

The location was excellent. There was a private pool area that was nice .

The beach towel and bicycle service should have longer opening hours.

Overall the hotel meets the expectations you should have for a hotel on Ocean Drive, Miami Beach. The staff is very friendly and attentive and constantly seeks to improve your experience at the hotel. The room is OK, with a generous bathroom and all the essentials, including free daily water bottles which are very useful. The beach towel and bicycle service is free and very convenient. The location is one of the best you can find in South Beach.

The famous deposits that we are not used to in France (you have to provide an amount per night and per room). The money is very quickly withdrawn from our bank account and takes a long time to be reimbursed. Which can have a significant impact on our budget. It is a real (bad) surprise for us because all the hotels were asking for these famous deposits. In the meantime, our money is used elsewhere (but not by us, in any case).

Hotel very well located on South Beach with a good Italian restaurant adjoining. The rooms are beautiful and quite spacious, the bathroom is modern and very clean, with a nice view of the beach. Many little attentions for the customer (computers available, pool and beach towels, fresh water and fruit available at the pool, bottles of water in the room, the possibility of benefiting from the amenities on the day of departure: very interesting for late flights, ...). The staff is friendly, especially GERTHA who took care of us at the pool and whom we thank here.

Couldn't open bedroom window. TV could be updated. A simple thing of towel hooks could be added so you have the ability to hang used towels

The only small downside is that if, like me, you are coming from abroad, you can’t have breakfast before 8 AM. The only other small remark I could make is that there are not enough umbrellas at the pool because it can get very hot in the afternoon.

I stayed at this hotel and I really enjoyed it. The staff is very welcoming, and the room was very clean. The location in the city center is ideal. The hotel is beautiful, with an Art Deco style. You can request bikes, which is really nice. Everything is close to the hotel. The breakfasts are excellent.

Pool was a bit small, enough for adults looking to escape the Miami heat, but would've felt VERY crowded if there were more than 5 people or god forbid -- A CHILD! (Would definitely say this hotel is better for couples than families).

Great location & decently renovated rooms, definitely on the budget-side but great value for what you pay. Loved being able to borrow bikes & beach chairs for hourly use. Highlight was the super accommodating staff -- Ata & Ricardo at the front desk + Dumese helping with everything we needed. Thanks guys!

The price is a bit high (more than $400 plus taxes) when you compare with the property. It is not a 5 stars hotel. I know it is located in one of most tourist point in Miami. it is not a complaint. I enjoyed even paying higher

The high rates of the rooms are not enough to accommodate even 1 hour later check out. Disappointing when they want to charge for every little thing. This older gentleman during my check out was the one I spoke to about this. I got half an hour.

Comfortable rooms & nice tub & shower. Nice location close to everything Spa is amazing. Staff helping with suitcases were very friendly, welcoming and serviceable.

The hotel staff was fantastic especially Laura, we got everything we needed straight away after asking! The hotel is perfectly located. The room is clean, big and the ocean view with the balcony was really beautiful!

Laundry service is disappointing. Kept running out of beach and bath towels. Easy fix if management got onto it.

Location is wonderful and enjoying the Art Deco property was a delight. Wonderfully restored with modern amenities.

It felt like the hotel is a little dated and needs some maintenance. For the price, details matter. I did not expect to see ripped and stained carpets in such a place, for example. Also I was hoping to use the gym, but both of their treadmills were broken.

The room was a good size, the bed were very comfortable. Very friendly staff (shout out to Emanuel and Laura in the front desk, specifically, who were very helpful). Great location, close to restaurants and bars, as well as shopping malls.

Hallways were dark and carpet worn and torn in some places. They were stingy with towels after the first night. Had to call to ask for a second towel each day
