We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomFront desk staff could be more helpful. There is a restaurant on site, I asked what time we could get dinner and was told the restaurant opens at 7pm. We go out at 7:15pm and the restaurant is still closed. I ask the lady on reception and she then replies "oh you need to get dinner over there outside, but it's probably busy" (things that she could've told me 3 hours earlier when I first asked). Indeed the restaurant "over there outside" was very busy and people were walking out. We ended up going to Pizza Hut instead.
You can get breakfast on the premises and it is good value for money. The hotel was clean and there was plenty of local information available.

United StatesThe TV could be upgraded to a smart TV, and maybe a bigger screen. Nowadays I'd rather add YouTube, Netflix, etc as options to watching just the local channels.
Libby Montana has only a handful of lodging options and I can compare two having spent one night at the Country Inn and three at the Venture during the Montucky Clear Cut snowboard event. For a few extra bucks the Venture offers: an elevator (vs stairs at CI), an indoor pool & hot tub (none at CI) a full restaurant (continental breakfast at CI), super nice folks (including one or two who work at both motels), and best of all: cookies in the afternoon! Pick up a chocolate chip or snickerdoodle when you have the chance, because they may run out! My king room was huge, comfy, and had a mini fridge to keep things cold.

United StatesThey have only 1 disability room, which we were able to get. The down fault is the this room faces the pool so you can't even open your curtains. They should consider moving the disability room to a better location.
We have stayed here many times and like the location and the staff is always very nice. I like that it has the restaurant right there. The food is good and you get 10% off your meals as a guest.
